If there is any damage to the property, it is the guest’s responsibility to notify the host within 12 hours to arrival or the guest may be subject to the damage and/or replacement of items. 23. The return of all pieces to the board games, puzzles, and other game-like items is the responsibility of the renter. 24. Guest will not disconnect the smart hub, cameras, nor noise monitoring devices while on the property. If one or more of these devices are disconnected the owner may send a representative to the property to restore service. If the guest has intentionally unplugged or tampered with the hub, they will be charged a service fee of $75. If it happens a second time or the guest refuses the representative entrance to the property, the guests’ reservation with be terminated with zero refunds. *PARTY AND NUISANCE BAN INFORMATIONThe City of North Las Vegas, The City of Las Vegas, City of Henderson, all HOA, and all vacation rental owners have a strict ban against house parties and nuisance parties. Any fines obtained by the city or HOA, will be sole responsibility of the reserving party. If needed, a claim in court will be filed against the reserving party.All guests under 18 years old must stay on the property during quiet hours. There is no roaming the neighbor, yelling, mischief activity, playing in the streets or yards, harassing animals and neighbors, or nuisance activity permitted. Failure to control adolescent guests, is a breach in the nuisance ban and is subject to likewise evictions. By booking with us, if you and your group is in direct violation, you allow the owner, his representatives, and any law enforcement to enter the property to remove all parties (both staying and visiting). 這簡直是一次奇妙且夢幻的旅行！目的衹是為了找一個不被打擾的地方發發獃，安靜，乾淨，美妙就行。感覺這間屋應該合適，和主人聯繫了就直奔過去，主任說不是下午四點嗎？那現在衹有給你密碼你自己開門進去啦，好吧，試一試，因為修路走過艱難的山路，終於到達，感覺中鳥不拉屎的地方，不相信自己的眼睛，一棟帶泳池的精緻民宿，自己去前台拿上房卡自己去找房間，妥當，找午飯，旁邊房子的爺爺以為來了什麼不速之客懵了一陣，終於知道是客人，在爺爺家煮了粉干吃，開起KTV一切OK了。更奇妙的是，晚餐是全村人一起招待我們，村書記主任幾在家鄉賢們，我們一起喝酒吃飯擺龍門陣，一起探討燕子窩村的美好未來，沒錯，這太夢幻了吧。從住店變成了串親戚，感覺是來給親戚添麻煩的，第二天再感覺一下就匆忙走了，怕給親戚添更多麻煩。奇妙而夢幻的旅行經歷，熱情樸實富有的夫貴哥，雲岫燕居的明天一定會更美好的，燕子窩村有你們也一定會更美好的，我們還會再來的！

首先房間都安排在樓梯口附近，防噪音做的也不是很好，還沒睡醒一大早都是外面的聲音；一進去有股煙味，發現上個房客香煙頭都沒有清理，後來發現洗浴間上個房客用剩的沐浴露洗髮露都沒收拾；吹風機也有點陳舊了（都積灰了）；前台接待態度是挺好的，其他的設施也算齊全；總之這個價位這樣子不是很認可。

房間挺乾淨的，親子房坐電梯需要繞好久，性價比不很高。對面就是桃咖啡和獅子巖景區，前台服務很快速，也熱情滿足各種需求。本來預訂了送站服務，遇到颱風及時提醒我們高鐵停運的訊息，離店的時候熱情的幫忙打傘，把我們都送上車。還送了小禮物。

住宿超級棒，交通也很方便，到周邊景區開車衹需要十幾二十分鐘。5室8床可以13個人住，大沙發也很舒服都可以再睡2個人了，而且民宿對麪還有個小賣部。房子門口就是海，視野好一樓ktv、遊戲機、廚房門口還有檯球桌乒乓球桌、還有泳池，四樓房間還有個麻將桌可以打麻將，門口還有燒烤架還能燒烤廚房鍋碗瓢盆都有。民宿真的很乾凈衛生，房東消息回的也很快人超好，性價比也很高簡直了直接五星好評來洞頭看海必住的民宿

衞生一般，浴巾上有污漬和頭髮；老闆既是民宿老闆又是飯店老闆所以很忙，有什麼需要也經常找不到人，所以服務也就一般了；雙床房每一張床就一個枕頭，如果帶小孩的家庭想找多個枕頭都找不到人也不知道有沒有，我們兩大兩小的家庭兩個小孩都沒枕頭；早飯是兩個包子一杯豆漿一個雞蛋，衹能八點多以後才能有；隔音很差，晚上十點了走廊樓道還很吵；對睡眠和環境衞生有要求的還是不要住民宿，離沙灘是近的，要走一段細窄臟的樓梯下樓穿過餐廳廚房才能到沙灘，對住宿要求比較低的就是來看看海吃吃海鮮的可以住，其他的還是勸退吧

一個女孩子自駕遊温州泰順，入住客棧已是深夜，老闆娘和藹可親，像母親的感覺，給我泡了温茶，還虛寒問短，住進去如回家的感覺，客棧當時也是出發前憑藉感覺選的，如預期一樣，乾淨衞生，也睡得舒適，附近有氡泉和柳峯尖日出觀看，難忘的是泰順一路自駕遊暢順，風雨無阻，希望有機會再回來！

洞頭住的這家民宿，老闆人賊好！像回了趟家！這趟來洞頭玩，住的這家民宿真是挖到寶了！必須好好誇誇老闆兩口子！人好到什麼程度呢？我們中午沒吃飯，老闆知道了，二話不説就給我們蒸了熱乎乎的粽子！不是那種客氣一下，是真怕你餓着的感覺。第二天早上那早餐，滿滿當當一大桌，吃得我們都不好意思了。晚上我們偷懶點了外賣，老闆不光幫我們拿進來，等我們吃完了，還主動過來收拾桌子、扔垃圾！這服務，説實話，親爹親媽也就這樣了吧？太實在了！住的地方也特舒服！房間很新很乾凈，沒啥花裏胡哨的，就是舒服。那個客廳電視是真的大！聽説有100寸！民宿裏還有衹可愛的小狗，也不鬧人，就乖乖的，添了不少樂子。説實話，洞頭風景是不錯，但這家民宿和老闆兩口子的這份實打實的熱心腸，才是這趟旅行最暖心的部分，出來玩，感覺像回家。真心推薦給所有來洞頭的朋友！下回再來，肯定還住這兒！祝老闆老闆娘生意興隆！

從上海出遊到温州洞頭，在我印象中，洞頭以前不是旅遊城市，是個安靜的小漁村。這些年旅遊業有所發展，給人到感覺就是景點和漁村的元素融合在一起。置身漁村中，緊張的神經放鬆了下來。我選擇住在半屏山景區，看攻略説是洞頭的石厝房保存最好的地方，半屏山是典型的海蝕山貌，非常有特色，一個人的旅行，聽管家的推薦，我在清晨爬了半屏山，聽海濤拍打石頭的聲音。沿着屏山東路晨跑，肯定也很舒服，可惜這次沒有帶跑鞋。這次選擇入住的是甜夢逢時民宿，一開始是被店名吸引，房型名也很特別。感覺老闆是多麼浪漫的人，把情話寫到民宿裏。到了民宿之後，發現夾層包廂的門口，屋頂的花園還藏了一首首情詩。恰巧碰到了民宿的“DREAM ON!”吉他音樂會的活動，是這次旅行最意外的收穫。吉他協會在民宿搞團建活動，邀請我一起參加，還蹭了自助晚餐，有燒烤，特調飲料，還有當地小炒，非常豐盛。坐在民宿門口吃晚餐，吹着海風，非常愜意。房間給我印象最深的是非常乾淨，床墊也很舒服，問了管家，知道床墊是金可兒希爾頓同款。衞浴是九牧，淋浴器的按鍵是鋼琴鍵一樣，很特別。洗護也挺好用。全屋設備也是智能的。聽説民宿以前是家制冰廠，後來拆了建成了民宿。總體感覺這是家有故事的民宿，很適合放鬆。
