透過 Apple 導航到飯店，走的路可能不是最順的，比較窄，沒那麼好開，但也有種前往世外桃源的感覺，挺有度假感的，心情很好。 Check-in/Check-out 以及參與飯店活動時 (釣魚，闖關遊戲等)，飯店人員的應對及解說都很親切，即使聽不清楚要求再講一次，也不會不耐煩。 飯店附近沒什麼其他建築，因此晚餐直接在飯店用餐，餐點好吃，3 歲的兒子近來胃口沒那麼好，一口氣就吃了三碗的菜飯，很棒！之後看到魯肉加窩窩頭，又刺激了食慾，還繞桌子走了十圈，就為了能多吃一口，讓人開心。 房間內就有泡湯池，因此兩天都能至少池湯一小時，很舒服。 隔天在草坪上玩樂樂棒球，一直玩到下午三點才歸還，遊樂器材的借用，飯店方很大方。

酒店地點在(中壢)和(平鎮)區馬路交界，附近覓食可以到中壢夜市或走路2分鐘有客家餐廳，食物都用台灣豬，吃得比較安心，附近亦有連鎖快餐(麥當勞/KFC/必勝客/拿玻里)。 酒店有提供行李寄存服務，太早到可能要去2F交誼廳先坐一下，有小餅干咖啡茶包提供，另外有兩部電腦可供查閱資料。 酒店房間整齊，有提供沐浴露和洗髮露 (草本不敏感)，床鋪整潔，光線充足，走低調奢華風。 我們訂的有包含早餐 (早上7-10)，品質都很好，有西式的小點冷盤，也有中式蒸包焗飯，餐椅數量不多(15-20張) 可能盡量避免9點到。餐廳在1樓(大堂) 接待處旁。 酒店前台職員可代叫車，一般由酒店到SOGO中壢店預計160-200 TWD, 到中壢夜市預計150 TWD。如要走去坐MRT比較遠，附近亦有超級市場 (家樂福)，走路大概10-15分鐘距離。

我住兩天⋯早餐有許多，不會都是一樣的菜色⋯服務態度也不錯⋯但離捷運老街溪站有點距離⋯如果沒有交通工具就有點小不方便，隔音有待加強，半夜能清楚聽見有人走廊聊天，隔壁房洗澡水聲，及研究電燈不斷開開關關都聽得一清二楚，牆壁似乎不是水泥隔間的感覺，望酒店有待改善。

環境很漂亮！有一個小花園很美麗🥰 房間也很舒適🥰 雖然門口的燈固定無法關😢睡覺很亮🥲，打掃的很乾淨舒適，不過被子是越蓋越熱的那種類型🥲所以半夜睡的很痛苦😢，晚餐套餐價格很高😵💫。 有免費接駁車可以去到高鐵非常棒！附近停車很方便、地下也有免費停車 超過方便的！😍 離華泰也很近計程車不會很貴。 重點是早餐超級好吃！！建議可以早點起床享用，中西式都有，最推薦煙燻鮭魚！！😍很新鮮又不會太鹹喔！ 最愛他們的早餐❤️ 房間隔音也很好、電視有大螢幕且可以看YT,Netflix 超讚的🤩

房間還ok 主要有兩點不滿意，第一點停車位的部分不是應該住客優先嗎，怎麼會開放給用餐的客人然後讓住客自己去找位置？ 第二點，浴缸不知道是前一天客人用泡澡油還是怎樣，油到一個爆炸，洗也洗不乾淨

寫google評論有免費機場接送服務 非常方便🥹🙏💕十分感謝 高鐵下來後慢慢的走10-15分鐘 沿途走過去有便利商店和麥當勞 因為隔天很早飛0730櫃檯服務員幫我估什麼時候去機場的時間 05:00有車來接送 與別人一同併車 約提前兩個半小時前就可以 因為開車時間大概15-20分鐘要加上去 呃🤔行李箱打開的空間有限 只能開一個🤣 公共的淋浴間和公共的衛生間 都蠻乾淨的沒有臭味 有浴巾和風力很低的吹風機 😭髮量多又長的我吹不乾～根本吹不乾～ 一個人住就是空間小了點 開行李箱有點麻煩 東西都攤在床上整理可以 可能還有別的房型也不一定😉 睡一晚體驗感還不錯😌👍🏻 下次還來😆👍推薦推薦

房間很大，浴缸很大，KTV房讓家人很開心的唱了一整天，一早起來到陽台時還聽到外頭早就有人在唱歌了；早餐不錯，有三樣主菜可以選，補餐跟收盤很快，服務不錯；唯一的缺點是可能我們住在105房在房務的旁邊，一早七點就聽到搬貨的聲音超級大聲的就被吵醒了。

很棒很舒服喔對面有小北百貨跟7-11、全家 而且離機場捷運站很近很方便 按摩浴缸的力道充足浴室又大很不錯！ 床很舒服蠻高級的，早餐也很不錯 很值得下次來桃園的時候再入住

The property is very good and especialky ambience is excellent. It's worth to stay with multiple families together as it's independent property having 4 bedrooms, shared common corridor place, some open place for games and enough parking place for vehicles. We can enjoy our vacation at this peaceful location. The only concern we had was, we booked 4 bedrooms but only 2 rooms available by the time we checked-in. Our 4 families were forced to split and 2 families stayed in separate hotel. This could have avoided if managed professionally.

I really had a very pleasant staying experience at this property. The staff was super kind to accommodate my request for a late check out, despite being fully booked with wedding guests. The front desk staff, manager, restaurant staff were all courteous and polite throughout. Keep up the good work team grand regent!

Booked 4 rooms for 4 families. Location is good. Food available nearby hotels. Can give 4stars for this. But rooms little stinky. Flooring damaged. Shelves not clean. Receptionist vishnu addressed our discomforts to maximum. Good guy. Overall good comfortable stay

We stayed their overnight as had to go to is-ha yoga center. Wanted a place to stay overnight as flight landed late. Very near airport. Neat and clean. Good breakfast. Just as the name suggests. Jump in and out.

The stay was very pleasant here . At first i was afraid of the reviews and hesitated a bit to go there .. but then i decided to give it a go .. and it went amazing .. staffs were polite , rooms were clean The only prblm we had is in the bathroom , the shower wasn’t in a good condition , other than that everything went well Thank you dejavu for the pleasant stay!

The hotel location was convenient to us, and offered a big enough room for my family of 3 to stay in. We reached late at night, but were checked in promptly and provided extra mattress, towel on request. Breakfast was a set menu but tasty. The staff promptly accommodated our reasonable requests. Basement car parking is available.

I reviewed lot of hotels and finally located mount terrain resort to stay amid nature. We were able to locate the resort easily through google map. Check in process was quick and simple. Room was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the view of sholayam dam from the room. Staffs were very friendly and available any time. We were served with delicious food. Order was taken promptly and served at convenient time. Food tasted like home made and served in right quantity. We also requested for a hire car to visit athirapally and was arranged promptly. Best resort, value for money and would recommend to choose mount terrain if planning to stay in valparai. Special thanks to raj, manager for making our stay pleasant.

We had the worst experience, there was some fabrication construction work going on and construction sound was very annoying and over night all the laborers were staying at such a small place. Didn't feel like staying at a hotel, i felt like staying with a bunch of labour. The breakfast tasted good, but the service needed lots of improvement. The entire place looks very clumsy. I wouldn't visit this place again.
