總體還是不錯的入住體驗。房間有很大的落地窗。前台有工作人員的入住Check-in時間到晚上10：30，酒店會提前發送郵件要求房客確認入住時間，當得知我晚於10：30後很貼心的發一份英語郵件告知自助入住手續和從機場乘車的路線和公交線路訊息，這對我很有幫助。這對於語言不便的房客溝通可能會有些障礙。 酒店門口有31等幾趟公交到市中心，距離王子街坐公交12站，約半個小時。也還方便。

我們腿腳正常走進去，酒店前台居然什麼都不説就直接給安排了殘疾人房間，還是聯通房。下樓詢問想要換房間，前台的人趾高氣昂説酒店全部的double room都是殘疾人房，堅持説我預訂的就是殘疾人房間。我們讓前台把他們系統裏顯示説預訂的就是殘疾人房間的記錄拿來看看，推三阻四怎麼都不給這個record。最後換去了普通正常房間（所以並不是因為酒店沒房間了）。 第二天退房的時候，另一個前台的人説酒店一共就衹有4個殘疾人房，不可能全部的double room都是殘疾人房的，果然是前一天晚上前台的人撒謊。 在酒店有正常普通房間的情況下，完全不提前詢問，就把不需要特殊支持的顧客預訂的正常房間換成殘疾人房，還想要欺騙顧客，不敢相信住的是萬豪。

再來愛丁堡我還會住這裏！先説位置：到主要的景點步行即可，很方便。但不好説時間，因為這裏像重慶一樣是個3D的城市！我們剛到愛丁堡的時候看火車站到酒店步行衹要11分鐘。但我們走了半個小時，因為上了大概二百多級台階吧，提着兩個大箱子，中間休息了很多次！所以回程時果斷打車！不是酒店位置不好，是愛丁堡太魔幻！再説衞生和設施：不錯！這些是最基本的，這個價位的酒店就是應該做好！然後説服務：服務很好，早餐也很好！早餐是點餐（包含在房費裏），不是自助，雖然選擇少了些，但是感覺被服務到了！我們的英語不好，但服務員都很友善，沒有碰到討厭的印度服務員。最後是房間大小：差不多的價位對比倫敦、約克，房間算是很大的，在加沙發床的情況下還能打開兩個行李箱，屬實不易！

這家酒店歷史悠久而宏偉，我強烈推薦它。曾經是利斯港口的船長之家，它確實保留了歷史建築的所有魅力，但還進行了許多很酷的升級！該地區真的很迷人，就在水邊，而且乘公共汽車到市區的所有站點都非常快。從餐廳到客房清潔再到前台的每位員工，都竭盡全力地做到仁慈，樂於助人和細心。這對我來說是一生的旅程，他們的確使我更愛丁堡。我強烈推薦The Malmaison。非常感謝您的住宿。

前台服務的小姑娘是我在兩週英國，愛爾蘭，蘇格蘭旅遊中，見過的最勤快的工作人員。笑容可掬，動作迅速等，辦理入住非常快。衹是她一個人要負責前台，又要幫忙旅客把行李拿去存儲室，真的是很忙。 房間不錯，很乾凈，衞生間雖然在房間外面，但是距離很近，很多間可以選擇，所以也非常方便。可以借吹風筒，要抵押10歐元，還吹風筒的時候會退回按金。

酒店是100多年老建築改造的，古色古香，位置非常好，馬路對面就是斯科特紀念塔，王子街花園，斜對面就是火車站和機場大巴，第一次入住的是1樓臨街，比較吵，第二次入住希望安排一個安靜的房間，安排了頂樓就非常安靜了，一點也不影響睡眠，而且頂樓視野非常好，站在窗邊就能看到愛丁堡城堡，古城，夜晚的城堡燈光很美

一開始住的是大牀房，房間在負一樓而且比較小，第二天換了套房，自帶花園且非常舒適。有個小問題就是wifi信號比較一般有時會斷，不過如果不打遊戲是足夠用的。前台很熱心，感謝。

酒店位置很好，離愛丁堡城堡、王子街都很近，離皇家英裏大街倒是稍微遠一點，不過步行前往都可以的，小城很適合步行遊覽。 酒店實行無人化管理，根據你入住的密碼自己打開大門和房間門就可以了。我們是一家5口入住，帶小孩，住的套件，房間很大很乾凈，設施齊全，可以自己做飯，餐具、鍋具都配備齊全（不過好像沒見到微波爐），這對於有些吃不慣英國飲食的我們實在是太好了。屋裡甚至提供了吸塵器、洗衣機這樣的設備，很符合我們的居家習慣。 價格略高，但對於我們5個人入住的情況，相比訂兩個單間，還是划算很多，特別是能自己做飯這真是特別好。 特別需要提醒大家的是，酒店會在入住前7天和1天時給大家發郵件，裏面會有入住的房間號和密碼。如果是在攜程上訂的，因為他們可能是又通過其它渠道去訂，預留的郵箱不是我們自己的，我們收不到郵件，一定要提前一天和攜程客服聯繫，要到這些信息，然後就可以入住了。因為公寓是無人化管理，臨時遇到問題溝通起來會有所不便。

酒店比較新，乾淨，服務周到，早餐點餐式的，不是那種自助式的，製作還比較精緻，餐廳窗外走廊和頂層露台觀景還真是不錯👍因為房間屋頂有水滴聲所以更換了一個房間，就不在新建的W酒店了在對面樓裏，也還行就是吃早餐要出門走到新樓裏，感覺暖氣不如新樓那麼足，房間大小跟之前的樣式裝修風格差不多，總體還行吧。

A little far from city centre but the place is near to restaurants and parks. The room was not ready at check in time so we were allowed to check out later to compensate for the short wait. The room was quite old and the sink and bath area quite mouldy. However, the staff was friendly and helpful.

酒店就在城堡腳下，從火車站到酒店有一點路程，不拖箱子的話，步行大概20分鐘以內，如果有箱子最好還是打車，因為愛丁堡有點像重慶，這個路往上往下，在導航地圖上看不清，容易走錯路，拎着箱子爬樓梯也不方便。酒店入住速度快，工作人員很有效率，房間舒適。住了兩天後，我們發現這裏其實到皇家一英里和王子街都很方便，一個往前走，一個往後走，到城堡就是往上走。酒店附近也有一個小超市，愛丁堡老城區不大，從酒店出發到哪裡都不遠。

酒店的位置很近機場，但從機場出發的tram票價要比行10分鐘的前一個站貴太多.最好的選擇係行一個站.總體來說，房間和moxy的其他酒店品質一樣.

它是一個Premier INN,一個低成本,基本的酒店房間。房間大小不錯,但是雙人牀只有兩個枕頭。房間裏只有一個大毛巾。沒有冰箱。我們只給了一個房間鑰匙,可能會有點煩。它提供最少的服務,最少的員工,您可以自助入住,只需放下鑰匙退房。如果您清楚自己得到的東西,那就好。

公寓樓的位置離火車站步行需要15分鐘左右。整體環境比較温馨舒適，我們住的客房是一廳一室，面積相對倫敦的普通酒店算是很大了，有廚房，有沙發茶几，衞生間也寬敞。唯一不完美的是，公寓樓的管理員下午七點下班，我們到的時候沒有接待，門禁開不了，門口的電話撥打了蠻久才接通，等候的過程真的是饑寒交迫。店家説發了郵件，但是除了攜程預訂成功的郵件外沒有再看到公寓管理員的郵件，從而影響入住的辦理，加上國際電話撥打併不能馬上聯繫到管理員，這對國際旅行遊客來説不太方便。

優點： 1）位置很不錯，就在Princess Stree上，離火車站和城堡都不行可達； 2）窗外view 很好，正對着教堂，可以看到愛丁堡城堡，隔着玻璃看夜景還是挺不錯的，可參考照片中的景色； 3）房間內作為酒店公寓，廚房設備基本齊全，愛下廚的小夥伴可以放心使用； 缺點： 1）沒有Reception, 有任何問題衹能發郵件溝通或者打電話溝通，我們到了酒店發現給的Access Code並不能開門進入房間，衹能打電話給office 溝通，客服也衹能在電話上幫你解決問題，並不會派人到現場解決。注意⚠️：進入一樓大門和房間都需要輸入Access Code, Code的激活時間是入住當天下午三點，過期時間是check out 當天上午11點。也就是説你入住日3點前到達酒店是進不去的，因為你的Access Code沒有被激活，輸入無效，你衹能乖乖在街上陪着你心愛的行李箱。Check Out時間是上午11點，保潔人員就會早早把保潔工具放在房間門口，等待你離開房間的那一刻就到房間打掃衞生。 2）沒有電梯，扛着行李上樓確實不容易，建議單身女士不要嘗試，除非沒有什麼行李。 3）隔音很差，我入住了兩個晚上，第一個晚上隔壁房間沒有客人，感覺還是可以接受，晚上睡覺沒有收到太多的驚擾，第二天晚上隔壁房間有客人入住，他們説話，開門關門，走路的腳路上我們都能聽得一清二楚，睡眠淺的小夥伴要有個心理準備。 4）窗外的噪音很大。房間窗户正對着馬路，一個晚上可以聽到不少於十次的救護車的警笛聲，而且特別刺耳。晚上會有一批又一批的醉酒人士大吵大鬧地在樓下“盡情表演”，走了一波，又來一波，一個晚上不少於五波。直到凌晨3點才安靜下來。 5）房間內不提供牙刷牙膏，一次性拖鞋也沒有，建議準備入住的小夥伴自備。

價格實惠，位置離火車站走路30分鐘左右，樓下及周邊有超市、公交站。房間沒空調，比較小，床睡兩個人會擁擠，還算乾淨，隔音不好所以常被吵醒，如果追求性價比就住2-3晚（不能再多了）可以選擇，如果追求品質就算了。

這是一間學生宿舍，有廚房、自助付費洗衣房，床單被鋪乾淨，浴室熱水充足，浴室有廁紙供應，如有需要可以到大堂取洗頭水、沐浴露，有熨斗、風扇、風筒借用⋯⋯每日祇需要沖涼瞓覺，唔會留在房間，已經足夠。 私隱度足夠，24小時門口有職員很安全，街口有2間超市、星巴克咖啡店，對面有一間味道很好嘅中式外賣店。 位置是新城區，距離Calton hill 8-10分鐘，火車站15分鐘，舊城區旅遊景點行大約25分鐘左右。 但係房租平性價比高，感覺上比住B&B或者一房多人供住好，如果我再去愛丁堡都會再入住

Really enjoyed our stay.  The gym and the pool were lovely!  Room clean and great shower.  Super family room.  The food at dinner was pricey but very big portions for kids.
