|距離市中心0.42kmAlthough i did not informed the property my time of arrival, but when i reached 7 pm at the property there was no one to welcome. I had to literally wait to see if anyone comes on the gate. I myself opened the gate and entered the property. Later a lady came and called two other guys for help. These guys did not bothered at all. I had to open the gate and close the gate, when enquired they said there is no one on the property, the owner has not appointed any guard so the gate should be open and closed by the guest only. No proper answer at all. These is no cafe/restaurant of the property. Only if you take the package for good then only you will get food otherwise you need to travel 4-5 km for lunch or dinner. The swimming pool was not cleaned. The electricity/power was frequently shutting off. Rooms are good, peaceful and pleasant. But everything i experienced was self service. I had no satisfaction for service so i moved out the next day even when i paid for the stay of 3 nights.

|距離市中心28.31kmLocation was little in remote area so it is good to use own vehicle. Auto rickshaw was available but it was expensive. Food was amazing and feel like homemade. Garden was available. Free wi-fi was available. In terms of security it was good. . We totally enjoyed our stay there.

|距離市中心30.93km首先,物業接近道路太窄,兩個4-wheelers不能相互通過。而且物業看起來有點維護不善。否則,入住的成本是一筆好交易。游泳池維護得很好。住宿+食物作爲套餐會很昂貴。相反,只預訂住宿,並在點菜上訂購食物。這將節省一些錢。食物在這裏味道很好。只有問題,如果你想要一些,你不會用早茶供應,因爲廚師只有早上8點後才到達。休息都很好

Staff is very lazy. Parkin place is inside hotel premises but no parking attendent to control it.

A kil but in pricey side. But, the pool omg! the size of pool is pretty huge. The food was great. Fyi dont book the pure package thali food. Its not that great. Order from thwir menu. They have restaurants. The room service was excellent. The staff was polite. The view is amazing. Choose the brekafast included option while choosing room. The breakfast they serve is excellent. With great quantity.

Water park is 5 mins walk from the room, only the drawback is during summers its unbearable to walk on the floor of water park, if you are going for any rides. Small distance is also like mile away. Suggestion: place some green mats or some kind of mats besides pool for people to walk rides are good and enjoyable during good flow, if there are few families they keep low force.

Excellent stay & food. Rooms were generously spacious, spotless, comfortable & the resort provided luxurious amenities at affordable price. The help desk & housekeeping staff was very helpful & courteous. We were traveling with our eight months old, the staff was very considerate & took care of the baby while we were having lunch & dinner. The ambience was excellent. It is an ideal property for family stay. Overall it was a great experience & will definitely opt for this resort stay for our next trip.

|距離市中心31.84kmPositives: clean rooms, polite staff negatives: biggest issue about this place is access road to hotel is so narrow that there is always bottleneck at some point. Vehicles all can exit or enter but two way commute is not possible. So if you are planning to go out for sightseeing frequently, this hotel is not for you. Another issue we faced is pathetic food management by restaurant in this resort. There is no proper dining area. It's not clean either. When we arrived at hotel by 2 pm, manager informed us that restaurant closes by 3 pm so give order immediately. We placed our order at 2. 30, restaurant guy told that our order will be ready by 3 pm but to our shock, we didn't receive our order even by 5 pm. Like us, they accepted many orders in short window but couldn't complete any of it. Literally everyone who placed order was arguing for resolution and restaurant staff had 0 answers. Just pathetic and unprofessional. Overall feedback is negative. Avoid this hotel unless you are ready to compromise on your expectations.
