The owner has lovingly restored the beautiful brick walls and hardwood floors. The spacious walk in shower is large and comfortable. There is also a new full-size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, and lots of extra touches to make your stay comfortable. It’s an easy stroll to the Maritime Park, home to the Blue Wahoos, the AA affiliate of the Miami Marlins. 服務：住了兩天經歷了兩個前台接待服務人員，真的要誇誇這個小姐姐，專業，熱情，細心，讓人踏實。還有一個小男孩感覺他好像比較疲憊，説一個洗衣服的對比，男孩將“沒放洗衣液”洗完的衣服“沒疊”直接放在機器人裏送上來，第二天女服務人員送上來的衣服不僅疊起來還套了袋子，機器人經常送外賣很擔心有油而且是兩件白色衣服，很顯然女孩子注意到了這件事情“服務細節太重要了”，男孩也還是不錯的，可能因為比較年輕。我想説，雖然這衹是一份微薄的工資，但專業的工作態度會有正向反饋，人與人之間的良性循環才會讓我們的生活拼湊的更快樂，而不是簡單的“一份工作而已”我們一起加油吧。設施：新開的酒店，所有設施都還是比較新，也比較智能和安全，是下次去還會必住的酒店。衞生：阿姨打掃的很乾凈，整體的衞生屬於四星級的標準了。環境：整體比較趨向於智能客控，隔音比較好，訂外賣也比較方便，我們是開車去的，所以不知道附近乘公交如何，但停車的入口太不方便了，所有上來的口都被車堵住了，是從另一個酒店繞過來的，給停車免費一個好評。

幾年來一直全季。這次有幸住到5.0版👍👍👍。首先他們有接站、接機，司機師傅熱情又親切。前台服務輕聲細語，態度温和。大堂設計有突破。房間裏有可以對面坐人的桌椅、有行李台、有冰箱、坐便自動沖水。床頭插座、USB插口x3（手機、充電寶、耳機艙同時充電）！早餐時咖啡機正在自潔，服務人員主動到大堂沖了一杯給我。強烈推薦齊齊哈爾全季酒店南站店：他們並不偏僻，我們晚上10點多叫外賣，周邊店家很多。
