The Frick art and Historical mansion/museum is nearby.Getting aroundBy car the apartment is about 20 minutes from downtown, 15 minutes from Oakland/university/hospitals and 8 minutes from Squirrel Hill. There is a bus stop at the corner with 3 routes operating roughly every 15 or so minutes to easily use public transport to get to Squirrel Hill, Oakland or downtown. The apartment is approximately 1.5 miles off of the expressway exit (I-376), approximately 25 miles from the airport.Other things to noteThis is a first floor apartment; there are two other units in the building. Quiet for the most part with normal muffled noise from other tenants. Meticulous cleaning standards are followed for your safety.The spaceThe property is a bright and modern 2-stories townhouse.There are 2 lovely bedrooms upstairs, furnished with a king and full size bed, new high-quality mattresses and beddings perfect for a comfortable night's sleep. Each bedroom has a large HD smart TV, closets, dressers and nightstands. All furniture is empty for guest's belongings. Extra sheets, blankets and pillows can be found in the closet.One full bathroom upstairs with plenty of bath towels, hair dryer and bathroom scale. Forget a toiletry? Check out the basket of goodies in the kitchen!The living room has a large flat screen smart TV and the beautiful blue velvet couch doubles as a sofa bed (futon). There is a half bath adjoining the living room.The modern kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a gourmet meal. Totally renovated 3BR, 1.5B in the heart of Greenfield/Squirrel Hill. Centrally located and minutes from Oakland, Downtown, bus stops, parks in a great residential neighborhood. New floors, new kitchen with granite counters, new bath. Premium beds. Master has queen, 2nd BR has a bunk, bonus room can be used as a BR or family room. Basement has a desk with foosball table for working space. Off street parking. No more than 3 adults. House is designed for families. Strict no party policy.The space4330 McCaslin is very convenient to Oakland, Downtown, and the Waterfront. It can sleep 5 people comfortably with a bonus room that has barn doors and a futon. There is a foosball table in the basement and a large yard if you want to enjoy the outdoors. The entire place was updated this year so everything is brand new.Guest accessThe entire house is available to guests with exception of my office (a small bedroom on the second floor that has a keypad lock) and the garage off the basement (which also has a lock).Other things to noteI try to provide the basics for those staying but if there is something that you think can make your experience better please let me know.WIFI network is on the router. Garbage collection in on Thursday so take it out on Wednesday night. There are two TVs in the house. One has apps on a box connected to it. 位置離冶父山很近，開車不要10分鐘，酒店附近有池塘可以釣魚，景色很美，空氣很好，是適合週末放鬆。酒店還送了摘野菜和飛盤體驗，因為下雨沒有去。早餐也不錯，牛肉麪很好吃。前台的幾位工作人員都很親切，服務很好。下次有時間還來玩。

東營賓館評價環境真的非常得好賓館的裝修真的非常的棒，我敢打賭説一點也不低於漢庭維納斯之內的酒店，裝修真的非常的有格調，環境也非常的棒。唯一感到不足的就是有2點，首先是沒有提供一次性拖鞋，第二次沒有提供瓶裝水這兩個雖然要不了多少錢，但是説實話，我住旅館也住了很多次了，也是第一次遇到沒有提供這兩個的，但是不得不説環境真的非常的棒非常的乾淨，而且價格也非常的實惠，強烈的推薦大家來住，希望老闆在這方面後續再改進改進吧。這個真是廬江的寶藏賓館，之前來住的時候一直沒有發現，下次來廬江還住這。還有一點連抽紙都沒有抽紙都不提供，這個怎麼説呢？還是可以接受的，因為這乾淨衞生裝修都非常的滿意。超級喜歡這家酒店，以後有機會還會選擇入住

大年初四過去住的，服務整體挺好的，管家比較熱心。位置也很好找，民宿地方很大，房間也很大。春假1300+的價格住兩房一廳對於我們長期混跡江浙滬民宿的來説性價比很高了。但是也有幾點小問題可以改進：1.主卧的床墊太軟，是那種一躺就陷進去的軟。2.兩個卧室的四個枕頭都太高了，主打親子民宿的話，小朋友是不太能枕這麼高的枕頭，幾乎就是趴在小坡上睡的狀態。3.熱水器是電熱儲水式的，一家四口洗澡需要間隔30-60分鐘，等水燒熱。這一點也沒啥問題，但應該提前告知一下，不然就容易出現人已脱光卻等不到熱水的尷尬。4.民宿沒有餐廳，也沒有外賣，得開車出去吃。其他還可以~性價比很高~

可能跟我之前住的開元不一樣，辦理入住的速度還是挺快的。就是房間內衞生經不起細看，洗完澡打開浴巾，裏面藏着一根毛髮！（就很噁心），衞生間也是長頭髮比較多。告知前台後還是前台的小姐姐過來送的水果及毛巾，態度也挺好。房間一次性拖鞋，每一雙都不是自家酒店的名字。也不知道為啥，還以為自己住的安德利呢！智能馬桶別提了，抽象。

每年冬季會從山東往海南或者廣西旅居，連續住了三年，下高速口就是，非常方便。飯店的特色臭鱖魚做的非常好。早上餐廳的阿姨也非常好，山莊環境挺美的，還有成羣的雞鴨鵝，早上出發的時候孩子在旁邊看了許久。
