衞生我打到4.5分，是因為他們的衞生非常的乾淨整潔，能看出是認真清理打掃的。然後整體的住宿環境和安靜隱祕程度，我也覺得非常的到位。但是在服務方面，我覺得夜班人員的服務態度特別的差，首先作為前台，雖然是夜班12點了，我能理解可能大家都不太上夜班，有點脾氣。但是作為前台接東西拿東西都要雙手拿，這是最基本的，並且客户問問題時回答的聲音，至少得能讓客户聽見吧。戴個口罩説話聲音小小的，誰能聽清啊？與此同時，客户進來的時候也不主動問好，你是一個四鑽的酒店誒，連你們酒店的保潔人員見了都會親切的問好，你難道沒有這個要求嗎。照片沒怎麼拍但是我住的房間有點發黴了。衹有服務這一點有所欠缺，其他的真的沒的説。
