這是我在攜程網訂酒店最差的一次體驗。在Fort Lauderdale住一晚，第二天上郵輪。當晚完全沒有休息好，半夜一點多被敲門聲驚醒，之後安靜了，以為週末有人可能玩嗨了敲錯了門。半小時後又被排山倒海的敲門聲嚇到，感覺酒店着火了，跳起來一邊開門一邊想着要帶些什麼逃生… 開門見一男一女自稱是酒店保安，要查看我們的護照，此時左右隔壁和對門的住客都開門探頭。在登記checkin是我們的護照已給櫃枱看過且做了copy，為何半夜三更還要重複查？我們説明情況，那男的打對講與酒店內部講了一會兒，然後就説沒事了，我問你們在搞什麼？他説是系統問題與他無關，一句sorry也沒有走人。被嚇得不輕睡意全無，下樓到櫃枱問個究竟，原來有位同名同姓的人也這天入住，即便如此中間名不同，訂單號也不同呀，她在手機上拿到開門密碼，幸好我們的門是反鎖的，她又是晚上到；白頭我們外出她就可以進來了。酒店如此烏龍，半夜如此騷擾一句道歉的話也沒有。這家酒店此生不會再光顧！

非常滿意，酒店就在一大片天然叢林裏，生態很好，雖然在茂密的叢林裏，晚上也不會有飛蟲蚊子的困擾，房間內偶爾會看到小壁虎，但是會躲着人，房間獨立性和私密性都很好，服務人員很nice，每天會收拾房間，非常乾淨放心。酒店內部有個游泳池，水很乾凈，工作人員每天都會清理池子裏的落葉和小樹枝，游泳也很放心，酒店內有個rock restaurant海景餐廳，東西好吃，景色絕美，酒店離沙灘也很近，海水清澈，沙灘乾淨，沙子也很細，在酒店公共區域看到過蜥蜴，對冷血動物太敏感的要注意，我沒啥感覺，反而感覺挺自然的，總體來説很棒的體驗，該有的全有了，設施完備，裝修好，方便乾淨，服務周到，下次來普吉還會考慮這裏
