酒店位置在布法羅市中心，離市政中心很近。酒店裝修風格是古典式。我訂的是套間，不含早，酒店一樓西餐廳可以自己點。房間非常大，有廚房、會客廳、2個卧室、2個衛生間，非常喜歡！酒店服務不錯，前台非常熱情，可以寄存行李。

整體還行，但確實達不到五星的標準，這是比較舊，地段不錯，服務整體還行，但不到五星的標準。住了9天，housekeeping早晨有時九點多，十點多就來敲門，幸好已經醒了，今天要退房的，九點多來敲門house keeping，還沒睡醒，然後去門口好掛了牌子請勿打擾，又來敲門問幾點退房，但已經跟前台説過了延遲退房，感覺他們這些連結是有漏洞的。部分人員感覺得到他們工作的積極性及熱情，有問題都會及時解答，但有些確實感覺態度散漫。大堂裝修不錯，房間一般。

早餐過於簡單了。衹有一些蛋糕, 牛奶和餅乾之類。完全不能指望這裏的早餐。房價內部相當不錯的。乾淨又高檔, 浴室有不同方向的沖洗龍頭, 馬桶圈是保溫的, 還有沖洗功能。一樓還有一個溫泉, 非常舒服, 強烈推薦。

晚上上班的男服務員非常友好，非常耐心，總是麪帶微笑，而且服務非常好！外麪下着雨，我也為我借了一把雨傘。房間很棒，我的房間在頂層，房間裏有個陽台，牀很舒服！位置非常好，就在市中心，到各個景點，購物場所和購物場所，周圍的餐廳都非常方便，它應該是我這次旅行中住過的最好的酒店！如果您有機會再次去柏林，則必須選擇這家酒店！
