|距離市中心5.75kmClean hotel with small but neat room with locker, wardrobe and proper bedding! Contemporary washroom with all facilities . Was allocated 4th floor. They have a window with city view. Breakfast is OK. Staff is polite and service prompt. The locality is good. Punjab Singh colony. Andheri east is full of traffic jams so book your cab few minutes earlier. Overall nothing to complain .

Chef Prashant & Chef Bhalu met us and suggested delicious food. Chicken was very tender & succluent. Mr Malachi, Mr Amit & Mr Ronak were prompt and gave us personal attention. Lovely F&B team. We spent just hrs at the hotel and it was worth the visit.

The hotel staff did my laundry in mere hours, the concierge helped me to schedule a last-minute tour guide, and the spa personnel were friendly and accommodating. I was able to easily schedule car services for my meetings and dinners, and particularly enjoyed riding with Rajesh Gupta. The meals in the hotel were lovely, including the breakfast and lunch buffets, and I enjoyed a fabulous cocktail made by Ash Sourav in the bar. Thank you for a great stay!

服務：非常熱情，因為帶的有小朋友，門衞，前台人員，餐廳服務人員，樓頂帶眼鏡的服務元，餐廳主廚，還有大堂經理，都對我們很照顧，無論孩子走到哪裡他們都會很有好照顧孩子，非常熱情，很感謝酒店提供的熱情服務，雖然已經不是海景房了，但是他們的服務態度讓我認可這個酒店，感謝酒店每日給孩子準備的蛋糕，水果和飲料！

We were pleasantly greeted by the Person Standing at the entrance he guided us that there was Valley Parking We were very tired and he got us settled into Comfortable AC Section on the Ground Floor. We ordered the Matka Mutton which was boneless mutton gravy in Red Masala it was very delecious and tasty we throughly enjoyed . The mutton was soft and tender too. Not oily and yummy at the same time. The Chicken Tikka Biryani Was ok have eaten better biryani. But strongly recomend the place for the great service and delecious Matka Mutton & tasty fresh lime soda.

Not once but everytime and their team responds “sorry sir, some issue” Being a hilton gold member, this is the worst service ever received. Nobody even cares to inform the delay and you have to keep reminding them by calling repeatedly about the order placed.

|距離市中心13.33kmIf you're thinking of staying at this hotel...DON'T DO IT. For what you pay, the overall experience and set up is not worth it. Our experience was very poor. On arrival the rooms were not as described on the booking; not enough towels, tissues, cutlery, crockery, wit tea and coffee facilities being minimal. When asking for anything extra it was met with reluctance. Service from Staff both lacking, and reception desk staff incredibly rude and confrontational. The fridge was broken in both our rooms and eventually after much complaining we got one sorted and the second never happened, there was always an excuse from staff. Staff have NOT been trained at all. On one of our days having asked for the room to be cleaned we returned back that evening at 10pm for nothing to have happened. After complaining yet again staff came to sort. On our final night, some of our family members came over and joined us for dinner. Again service was poor, food was standard, and we were constantly being rushed. Again staff were shocking and clearly lacked training I will not be returning to this hotel again.

We primarily dealt with Rajesh, Ruhi, Usaid, Priyanka(the collection girl), Moi Moi; all of them amazing human beings with always smile on their face to help their guests in the best possible manner. Hotel rooms were nice size and clean considering you are in Mumbai(limited space for everything). Bathrooms were well equiped with all the amenities except only suggestions to keep hair dryer in them. Thank you for the hospitality guys. Keep up the great work. 👍

Certain 'all-ins' were promised like the world famous High Tea - only to be told to go to a different lounge with a watered down version which deminished our otherwise superb experience. This was my reason for giving the hotel only 4 stars. Is the extea cost for 'Club priviledges' worth it? No. Tip - do the historic hotel tour on arrival as it gives you a whole new understanding of the Tata family and meaning of the hotel.
