Pleasant stay. Breakfast was lovely and a nice quiet hotel. A small room but I suppose it was a plus in some ways as the room would be cosy and warm easily. Location was ok, only downside it was about a 15-20min walk to West Kensington tube as Olympia station was only available to use on a weekend for underground links. Front desk was lovely and attentive. Overall a nice stay.

乾淨、衞生。説我在意的亮點：1、有可以打開的窗户。雖然不能打開太大，但是可以呼吸新鮮空氣對我來説太重要了。倫敦很多酒店是中央空調、窗户完全密閉，看着就讓人窒息。 2、除了靠牆的固定桌子，還有一張可以移動小桌和兩把椅子。讓喜歡美食的人，可以慢慢品，這個配置很貼心。 3、浴簾是有弧度的，這樣洗澡空間加大不少，貼心設計啊。 4、除了提供衞生紙，還有面巾紙。國人確實需要。總之，除了酒店服務好、標準化程度高，還處處體現以人為本的動腦用心設計。

一共住了八天。前台嘛，一開始比較冷淡，幾天相處下來，就熟了。離開的時候已經會跟我説笑了。不能提早入住。早餐比較簡單，熱食另外收費。因為我是好幾個訂單，所以前後住了三個房間。其中有一間，晚上做噩夢了，早上一研究，果真是尾房。但是第二晚還接着住了，也沒事。酒店離地鐵步行八分鐘，白天感覺沒幾步就到了；晚上就有點發怵，因為路上沒啥人。綜合來講，還是蠻喜歡的。酒店小巧精緻，衞浴設施也新。
