這酒店其實位置真的很不錯，附近有很多不同的美食，環境也很優美。酒店正前方就已經有一個巴士站，而酒店的後方也有一個輕軌站。人員全部都很親切，退房時手續辦理上來也很方便快捷，但入住時繳交的保證金，需要比較長的時間才能退回。另外，酒店有自動販賣機售賣零食和飲品等等，而步行兩三分鐘的距離也有一個油站（即有便利店在附近），方便得很！題外話：附上4樓從窗外拍到的景色，當中有一家被拍到的越南餐廳超級好吃，而且價錢也很相宜。走過去不到兩分鐘，十分推薦！

沒吃早餐，但是午餐在一樓餐廳吃的還可以，房間很大，大牀雙人間好像允許睡四個人，因為我們四個人開了兩間房，前台開始搞錯了，以為我們是一間房，然後給我們四張房卡，也沒有說什麼不行，後來才知道是兩間房。一樓有個小游泳池，環境還可以，雙人間的兩張牀很大，帶陽台，有咖啡機，衛生也可以。出門可以看見卡爾加裏塔大概走五六分鐘可以到。

先説優點：房間空間比較大。我們住的邊套很安靜，邊套衹有一面牆貼着隔壁房間，這樣就完全聽不到隔壁房間的聲音。有人在走廊説話聽得見，但是他們進房間關門後聽不見説話聲了。樓上沖水聲聽得見，隔音來説屬於酒店裡比較好的。免費的早餐實惠又滿足需要，早餐時間也開得很早，適合倒時差睡不着的人。可改進的部分：連住是每2天打掃一次，如果錯過了打掃時間，可能就要再等2天，因為客房清潔是按排班來的。因為各種時間出入，我們住了5天，一次客房清潔也沒做過。前台人比較少，明顯忙不過來。需要前台轉達的事，基本轉達不到。房間設施基本完善，空間管道內有氣，噪音比較大，

衞生環境不錯，設施相對老舊了，感覺好多木質的傢俱明顯有年頭了，但是擦洗的都很新，中間還出了個小插曲，衞生間的門居然是上提把手開，結果我下壓了打不開還叫了維修人員來看，他一開始也用了各種工具打不開，最後工作人員發現是上提把手😂，但是我第二天去埃德蒙頓的福朋喜來登衞生間門就是下壓開門，我懷疑是把手裝反了😅。整體的入住體驗還是挺好的，有游泳和健身房，吃飯的話有餐廳，旁邊還有24小時的麥當勞和Timhotons，位置離機場車程20分鐘左右，離商圈10分鐘左右，很方便，停車也是免費的。

酒店的地理位置不錯，旁邊就是 Chinatown，雖説中國城很小但是想吃中餐步行十分鐘之內都可以解決。房間的電視可以連自己的油管和奈飛賬號，給我們的房間卧室沒有窗但還是美的。客廳的窗正對着卡爾加里塔，早餐不錯，泳池和 spa 開到晚上 12 點，逛了一天回來還能泡上 spa 玩一會兒水，孩子們很開心。

Not our first time staying here -but we left with a sense of frustration today! It began when the front desk couldn’t find our reservation - twice ! (despite a phone call 2 hours prior to check in). Had to take my driver’s licence and go “somewhere to talk to someone in the back” - then he came back (after 2 or so minutes) and “magically” the reservation had been found. Unnerving for my identification to disappear from my sight. No explanation offered. Frustrated again at check out when the desk clerk tried to charge us for something from the snack bar in our room - we had literally left our room 2 minutes before. Couldn’t tell us what item we had “consumed” (we hadn’t consumed anything - especially at those prices!) and then when asked how they could possibly know within 2 minutes (of us leaving our room) that an item had been consumed - they became very defensive and couldn’t actually answer the question of “how do you know what to charge us for” and the response was “it’s for the report at the end of the day - no one is saying you actually took anything”. Except that’s exactly what the desk clerk said the charge was going to be for - “an item from the snack bar for a total of $4.20”. After challenging the charge we were told that no charge would be put through on the credit card. Made to feel like we had “stolen” something when we asked for further clarification on the charge. “No apologies or thank you for staying with us”. Disappointing. Side note - Service in the ****** was great - including the restaurant.

事情剛剛磨損。浴缸裏的洞修補得很差,有縫隙,浴缸水龍頭滴水不停,浴簾被染色,兩張牀上的羽絨被嚴重發黃,不再白色,有污漬,在多個地方被撕裂。

酒店提供接機服務，到達卡爾加里後聯繫酒店前台，酒店會告訴你在指定的位置等待，差不多十分鐘就來了，接機是個老爺爺，非常nice，酒店早餐雖然簡單，但是不錯，華夫餅是現做的，酸奶也好喝。
