除非為了去crown玩，否則在一眾入門5星酒店了沒必要選他們家，房間大小沒有問題但設施老舊住了三晚沒有一次打掃的，頭一次遇到免費礦泉水都沒有的五星級酒店電視不能投屏衹能接收本地電視台。地理位置略微不上不下，説不上好去CBD 走路有點遠打車又不是特別有必要。寧可住CBD裏面的萬豪或者hyatt的入門五星

不得不先誇一下Madeleine，我看她一直面帶笑容去滿足所有客户的需求，看得我都一整天心情很好☺️因我家孩子對雞蛋過敏，她熟知後幫我們跟進哪個食品中不含雞蛋，幫孩子送來多種不含雞蛋的食物，太感動了。酒店非常大，食物非常豐富，種類很多，各種餐廳都有，滿足對各種美食的需求。酒店內各種奢侈品都有，豪華大氣，房間也大，毛巾都是很厚實很有質感的，洗簌用品也很好，性價比特別高！第一天晚上還送來一瓶紅酒，好感動～入住體驗非常好，孩子們也很喜歡。下次去墨爾本，還會選擇住這裏🥰

Good location. 5 minutes walk to tram no. 58 towards city or Toorak. Opposite Woolworths. Clean 3 bedroom apartment in Epic building. Key pick up is far to walk at a convenience store in City Road. Enquiry staff very helpful and professional. We used car and had free parking. Apartment pantry was well stocked with condiments. Will stay again.
