1，位置絕佳。位於格蘭威爾島，這是温哥華著名的休閑區域，類似798，是舊工業區改造，非常多的餐館和飲品店、畫廊和工藝品作坊、最著名的是public market，裏面農產品、食品、餐飲聚集，人潮洶湧。住這裏非常方便在小島上閑逛。不愛熱鬧的，可以沿島外圍步行，海灣景色盡收眼底。 2、酒店衞生、服務都中規中矩，星級酒店標準。房內設施基本齊全，甚至有密碼保險箱。沒有開水壺，對愛喝熱水的國人是個麻煩。我們房間沙發床有點老舊，容易偏，沙發彈簧局部凹陷。

因為包車出行，所以不好評價位置的方便性，算是一個鬧中取靜街，離日落沙灘很近是看夕陽的好地方，在整個down town應當都算安全的地區，邊上是著名的彩虹街，我們到了以後才知道，剛好趕上周末，晚上去看了看熱鬧，很好玩的說，街上有簡單的中餐廳和日料店、快餐店，更多的是酒吧，好多掛着彩虹旗。距離煤氣鎮和唐人街都不算遠，開車也就十幾分鐘。酒店裡的設施是公寓型的，我們一共訂了兩間都帶廚房，因為有老人和孩子，所以有廚房真的是很方便，老人倒時差的前幾天，我們從中餐廳打包粥回來熱，有一次沒粥還直接買了一小包米回來自己煮，算是安然渡過最難辦的幾天，保證出遊的順利。牀算是軟硬比較合適，沒有拖鞋和牙具，需要大家自備，前台也有賣的，酒店給準備的是洗髮水護髮素和護體乳。另外就是加國有垃圾分類，分為：一般垃圾、回收垃圾和廚餘垃圾，廚房裡有說明，按垃圾桶顏色分類放就好了。前台有個四川妹子，很熱心周到。

衞生永遠不知道什麼時候打掃，我們都是9點左右出門就和前台説好打掃衞生，下午兩點多回來還沒打掃，住了四晚有一天衹換了毛巾，優點Downtown 比較方便，離海邊很近，走路過去，孩子很開心每天要去。樓下吃喝超市都很方便，房間有個廚房很方便，還有洗衣機自帶烘乾很不錯👍
