非常好的酒店,價格也很好。我們爲此付出的便宜價格根本沒有反映酒店。由於價格如此合理,我們對酒店的質量持懷疑態度。我想說,價格反映了一家三星級酒店,這家酒店絕對是5星級酒店。我和男朋友在九月底在這裏住了3個晚上,我們肯定會回來的。到達後,我們接待處接待了最可愛的人(我沒聽清他的名字)當他登記入住時,他問我是否是獎勵俱樂部的成員,我只是在幾周前才簽約,所以我不確定這是什麼或意味着什麼。當我讓他知道時我要求我的會員號碼,我不需要交,但他在他的系統中找到了,他把我們的房間升級爲套房。非常感謝,這是一個可愛的接觸,肯定會讓我們想回來。牀很舒服,但是枕頭超級柔軟,所以我們睡了3個!!套裝的浴室太棒了,真的很大,有一個可愛的瀑布淋浴,有一個座位!!還有一個手持淋浴頭,很好,因爲瀑布淋浴沒有洗頭髮的最佳壓力。它也有一個可愛的大浴缸。我們的房間一到就一塵不染,每天都打掃。我從來沒有住過這麼幹淨的酒店,在covid之後,這真的被讚賞了看不到一點灰塵或灰塵。我們的套房在頂樓,屋頂上有可愛的大斜窗,謝天謝地,因爲空調工作不好。九月的時候外面很涼爽,但是酒店真的很暖和,因爲我們在頂樓,我們的房間很暖和,因爲空調不工作,我們不得不打開窗戶,這意味着在睡覺的時候非常吵,特別吵早上,附近的建築工人似乎每天早上都開始6:30AM,我們的房間太熱,無法關上窗戶。我明白噪音當然不是酒店的錯,但如果你想和你睡覺的話,只要稍微擡起頭。窗戶打開。自助早餐還可以-有很多冷飲選擇,有些糕點但不是很多熱食。廚師會煮雞蛋,但你喜歡它們,這是一個很好的獎勵。接待處非常細心,快速解決任何問題。我們需要一些額外的枕頭和洗漱用品,他們在詢問接待處後10分鐘內送到房間。酒店的位置非常好,步行10分鐘內就有公共汽車站和地下/地鐵站。步行15分鐘即可輕鬆到達波茨坦廣場,柏林購物中心坐落在購物的好地方,柏林牆和查理檢查站也離這裏只有幾分鐘的路程Uber真的很便宜,所以如果您不想走路,那麼Uber的價格真的很高。公共汽車超級易於使用,價格也很好,我會100%推薦使用它們四處走動和探索。我不會推薦跳

Location: The location is the prime advantage if you wish to visit Berlin. All the attractions are easily accessible with Bus/S-Bahn/U-Bahn. So full marks for this. Breakfast: For vegeterians, was plenty to choose from. So we are happy with it. Ofcourse for non-vegeterians, maybe bit disappointing as there was no omlett/Wursts/HotDogs etc which you least expect. Staff: Overall good, except one incidence. A Guy with specs, from the kitchen area, talked rudely with us as we were taking photos of the food. He could have talked politely which is the first and utmost thing you expect in Germany. Other than him the all other staff members were good. ROOMs: The rooms were quite small because of extra Bed. We would like to mention that we were completely disappointed with the extra bed. It was big , agree, but it looked like it was a Sofa-Bed and had very large structure which took lot of room space. Exactly the way the others have complained here. The quality of the mattress was poor. The pillow quality was as well poor for this extra bed. The double bed was big enough but the qulity of the mattress can be better. Cleanliness: The room was in general clean except that certain areas needed immediate attention. For example the iron-pad had dust layers so decided not to use it at all. The toilet seat was from outside clean but the inner side was unattended and hence not clean enough. Next day the room service cleaned up the room but it was also not perfect. They only made the bedsheets. They did not bother to once clean the surface of bedsheets. Which we immediately noticed. Which is not expected from room service.

我們一家四口在柏林度過了一個漫長的週末。我們到達時最初的念頭是,這家酒店似乎有點“偏僻”,但很快意識到,對我們和我們旅行所希望的,它的位置再完美不過了。在公共區域和臥室,裝飾風格都很現代,我們住的頂層的兩間雙人房對他們來說都具有都市的、工業的感覺,但仍然很舒適。它們設計緊湊,但有一些非常創新的存儲空間,如牆上的衣架,牀下專門爲手提箱而標出的面積。牀無疑是比較堅固的一面,雖然我們隔着馬路,但大部分時間都睡得很好,窗戶隔音效果非常好--反正你不需要開空調--而且裏面有電動百葉窗,牀邊的開關會激活百葉窗這樣你甚至可以在你被塞進去之後,也可以欣賞到這些景色!浴室一塵不染,有一個巨大的淋浴頭,按下按鈕時有不同的壓力選擇。鏡子很快就蒸起來了,但我們發現,如果我們把門打開,這可以避免。我們還高興地發現,房間每天都有人來照看,並提供乾淨的毛巾--這在後產卵期世界中我還沒有遇到過!吸引我們來到這家酒店的一個主要特色是屋頂露台,它能夠提供整個當地美麗的景色,我們在那裏度過了一個特別的晚上,一邊喝咖啡,一邊看一場家庭遊戲,一邊欣賞美麗的日落。酒吧在一樓開到很晚,我們發現不僅熱飲質量好,而且啤酒也非常有價值!不過,如果你真的在找一些好啤酒,然後,在路對面的車站後面,是一幢非常棒的獨立啤酒廠,裏面有各種各樣大啤酒,一個華麗的啤酒花園,還有街頭美食店。非常值得一遊!車站本身提供短暫的＜10分鐘的行程,進入市中心和所有主要景點,向一個方向,到機場45分鐘左右(有一趟換車),向另一個方向。波茨達默廣場和它令人難以置信的歷史也是步行可達的距離。工作人員很友好,從入住到退房,從早餐到晚上的飲料都非常方便。雖然我們只在入住的一天早上選擇早餐,但有很多選擇,是典型的歐式自助早餐,包括麪包、冷肉、奶酪、水果和酸奶以及炒雞蛋和煎餅的熱選擇。我們下次訪問這個令人難以置信的城市時,絕對會再次留在這裏,而且我們已經開始想出下一個藉口來訪問--也許是去聖誕市場?!

我在這家酒店住了兩晚。我是在網上訂的房間,享受了最新的優惠利率。(用信用卡付的)。我在網上訂房間的時候沒遇到什麼問題的。簡單而快捷的方式預訂Accor Hotels。酒店價格合理。早飯很好,但是成本很高。地段極好,是柏林的中心地帶。到哪裡都方便:索尼中心,超市,大屠殺紀念館。地鐵也很近。治安很好。酒店內有地方停車。我會再來這裏住的。房間有好有乾淨。工作人員有禮貌並且能講流利的英文。住下來很開心。在柏林我喜歡住SuiteHotel酒店,然後四處逛逛。明智的選擇,強烈推薦。

Just like every other hostel in Berlin, their system is biased towards their workers and not the clients. For example they offered me to do the laundry for 9 Euros when I got my clothes back they smelt very bad and worse than their initial condition. When I complained about it , they were like “what do you expect us to do” , and they acted like it was not their responsibility. They simply didn’t care about the complaint and never admitted that their laundry system is trash. In Berlin, (Hostels e specifically )expect to not get your full rights, and unfortunately you can’t do much about it. Workers will side with each other to make you look wrong, till you’re just hopeless about getting your rights or what you paid for. Also their shower system is extremely irritating which they never mention. If you use the shower it cuts off the water every 30 seconds so you don’t consume much water. If you’re taking a dump the electricity goes off and it’s just you in a black dark space. You pay money, but they rip your rights. These are the systems in Berlin Hostels. It’s just a pure shame.

Nice place to stay. Rooms are clean and warm in February. Breakfast can be paid additionally and it has a good quality and variety. Location is really good and close to famous places. Even during business trip you can see them. Receptionists are not really friendly and provide everything for additional fee. I had a problem with British charger from my laptop, nobody helped me with that.

很乾淨,剛到的時候覺得位置不太好,但其實在一個蠻好的地方,看你想做什麼和看到什麼。外面就有公交站,經常方便。沒有前台,所以入住有點煩人,因爲你應該在到達那裏之前聯繫他們及時獲取代碼,但我不知道從Trip預訂。我拿到密碼後,其他一切都很順利,除了他們的洗衣房還沒有開放。

As an Accord Gold member, I was under the impression that wherever I stay I will get tbe best service. My stay at IBIS Berlin was the worst ever, I will never stay with any IBIS hotel ever again. It Sucks, the room was not clear, sheets are dirty, mattress was of a very bad quality, towels were not clean, my daughter had a facial infection, a horrible experience. A disappointment 😡😡😡😡

I have just spent 3 nights here in a twin room with a friend...A lovely quiet comfortable room over looking park. Very clean and well stocked with toiletries, loo roll , tissues and disposal bags. The staff were amongst the most pleasant I have come across in a long time, very helpful with local information etc. A very reasonably priced bar and fridge in the foyer for sandwiches, beer and wine. We had a very good deal at 110 Euros pp for 3 nights. Great location with nearby SBahn Anhalterbahnhof, with great connections to all the sights, though many are within walking distance. For example, Checkpoint Charlie, Brandenburg gate, Holocaust Memorial, and part of the wall. A great stay!!!
