Easy walking access to all that Pigeon Forge has to offer.The Island, Pirates Voyage, Comedy Barn, Paula Deens and many other popular attractions are within just a 5 minute walk.**NOTE: This unit is located on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator. You will have one flight of stairs**Lazy Bear will accommodate up to 4 people comfortably with a king size bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.Lazy Bear has 1 bathroom with a shower. There is also a jacuzzi tub in the bedroom.Fully equipped kitchen that has all the essentials for dining in. Flat screen tvs with cable in both the living room and the bedroom.There is a stackable washer and dryer as well for your convenience.No pets are allowed due to owners allergies. No smoking inside condo (there is a designated smoking gazebo located next to the pool).Nice outdoor swimming pool for those days you just want to relax by the water.We look forward to having you as our guest!Note: We do have a Ring doorbell which monitors the outside front door and parking lot only.
