房間正對海岸，可以看到海，可以看日出，看郵輪進出港。停車就在酒店地下，很方便。位置優越，逛街、看景點都很近，周邊美食也很多。前台接待非常熱情，有可以説中文的，非常棒。酒店早餐是套餐，對我們來説可選擇不多。

住了三晚,說實話,挑不出更好的地方了。酒店就在一切的中心餐廳,商店,甚至港口都只是步行一小段路程,讓四處走動超級容易。這個地方本身有這種可愛的,古老的魅力。我的房間真的很安靜,牀比我習慣的要高,但令人驚訝的舒適,我每晚都睡得像木頭一樣。浴室很大,我絕對感激。

乾淨，衞生，房間很舒適。地理位置很好，就在downtown。前台服務熱情，入住時間下午3點，有空房了就可以提前入住。早餐簡單，雞蛋，火腿，土豆，很合胃口。不提供瓶裝水，牙具，拖鞋，熱水壺，有咖啡機可以燒熱水。

真的沒住過這麼無語的酒店…一共住了六天三個早晨都在響火警無論是週末還是工作日並且每次都是九點左右…這個火警能持續20分鐘而且酒店沒有任何解釋衹説是一個錯誤的火警我就不相信六天之內能發生三次錯誤火警？？？酒店根本不在乎顧客的休息和睡眠一樣每次響的時間都差不多而且都是隔一天響一次跟故意似的除此之外我還在Google reviews裏發現響火警是經常的並且都持續很長時間所以能別訂這個酒店就別訂房間特別小並且不是很安靜週末樓下的酒吧持續到凌晨兩點左右巨吵無比每天晚上收20加幣作為按金

非常滿意，因為服務。在加國住過一些酒店，包括幾家五星的費爾蒙，而相比之下，這家服務確實很舒服。這家地段也很好，到海邊下山方向，七八分鐘，去城堡山是往上走五分鐘，距離公共花園也是不到十分鐘。早餐弱，品種少。下次來哈法，可能還會考慮再選這家吧。
