All walls, some of them in the bathroom, were covered with breathable lime plaster with silicate paint. There are two separate bedrooms each with a 1,8m double bed. One bathroom is accessed from the hallway and one over the large bedroom. Bed linen and towels are provided. The apartment is assigned a small roof terrace, which is sunbathed in the afternoon and evening. Washing machine and iron are available on request. The car can be parked in a (public) street bay in front of the house. Bicycles can be parked.The holiday flat is located on the second floor and accessed via hallway and stairs. The private bathroom is located right next to the loft and is accessible via the corridor. Bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is u. a. equipped with induction hot plate, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, dishes, glasses, pots and towels. From the private south-east balcony has a magnificent view of the neighboring Isar and the Karwendelgebirge.The car can be parked in a (public) street bay directly in front of the house. Bicycles can be parked roofed.The holiday flat is located in the third floor under a sloping roof in a charming old house. The light mini-loft is equipped with a 180cm bed, a dining area, a pantry and a balcony. The private bathroom is located next door to the loft and accessible via the hallway. We provide bedclothes and towels.The kitchen is equipped with hob, microwave, fridge, electric kettle, dishes, cups, pots and towels. From the private south-east orientated balcony you have a great view onto the nearby Isar river and mount Karwendel. The car can be parked in a public bay directly in front of the house.
