Less than 4 km away from dal lake and the base of sri shankaracharya temple. The reception staff are so nice and so helpful. The room and bathroom are very clean and neat. All are very simple. Don't expect so much luxury of space. Have geezer and tv with a lot of good hindi and english channels. It is located on the fourth floor of a building, and you have to look to the top to locate the hotel. Also there is no lift. Have to use the stairs.

The staff were also very helpful and attentive, always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable.
The hotel's location was perfect, just a short 10 minute drive away from the city centre which made it easy to explore all the attractions and restaurants that the area had to offer. Despite being close to the city, the hotel was situated in a quiet area which made for a peaceful night's sleep.
My room was very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bathroom was spotless, overall I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room.
Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel City Way to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in the city. The friendly owner, helpful staff, convenient location, and clean rooms make it a top choice for accommodation. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

The breakfast spread is also good not that lavish but still good. And the add-on perk is, that they give facilities like gym, steam, suna on the house with no added charges.

The only thing i would suggest is that the property should take the cleanliness very seriously. The towels, furniture and especially washroom was very very dirty. There were guthka stains in all the corners. Although they would have clean it if asked, but still any property should take this thing very seriously.

經營者是熱情好客健談的克舍米爾的漢子，耐心風趣，衹要客人開心他們好像比我都開心!哈哈
雖然船屋比不上混凝土建築，就算我十二月份去，熱水澡和火爐，還有滿船的地毯沒有感到寒冷。

the majority of power outlets were not working. Electric blanket on one side of bed was not working
electric blanket in one room was given after asking for it multiple times
the shower head was not working, we managed with bucket and mug

The exteriors w. the lawn & wooden interiors are tastefully done & the team maintains really good cleanliness.
We took buffet breakfast & dinner...and food was nicely cooked, served hot.
Special call out for Mr. Zulfi, Mr. Mudassar & their team, who took care of us and made us feel at home.
