The Historical Cinnamon House is peaceful & quiet while being just a ten-minute walk to the Calgary Stampede grounds, the Saddledome, Calgary Zoo and the trendy shopping district of Inglewood. Originally built in 1912 as a CN Rail crew house and then fully renovated in 2008 , this 1452sqft Edwardian two-story home has three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and all the modern conveniences. It boasts an amazing location in the heart of Ramsay with many adventures at your doorstep.The second half of the duplex is occupied by the Host family.The spaceThe cozy living room has a bay window with a great view of evening skies. The open concept floorplan connects the dining room to the kitchen and half bath on the south side of the property.The original staircase leads upstairs to three bedrooms, full bathroom, and full bathroom for the master bedroom. The master bedroom with king-size bed and private bathroom are on the north end of the home. The middle bedroom has a king bed and east-facing window. The south side bedroom also has a luxurious king-sized bed. 酒店員工真的很棒。即使在5星 Hilton,我也沒經歷過這麼友好和細的員工。 酒店位於中央,靠近火車站和新書店。 房間很舒適,很乾淨。但是廚房設備還是要改進(建議:切板,1-2刀,小會很好的)。還有空調相當,不適合過敏者。 早餐是每週6-9鍾,早餐很受客人接受,這使得這兩件很快空了,不能這麼快滿。大子可能很方便。 火車在我房間裏聽說了,但是酒店還是說服了3星,尤其是超投入的員工👍

酒店服務人員禮貌熱情，房間乾淨整潔安靜，有微波爐電磁爐電水壺等廚房用具，附近還有意大利餐廳。尤其重要的是有接機和送機酒店專車。前台告訴我接機班車在Door4/ pillar16,開始沒理解，後來才發現班車在4門的下層的16號柱。早班五點就有送機班車了，我訂了早六點的送機，二十分鐘左右就送到機場了，解決了我早上無法及時到機場的後顧之憂。因為來不及吃六點半的酒店早餐，經前台人員溝通，在餐枱自取了麪包牛奶，開始了美好的一天。😊

沒吃早餐，但是午餐在一樓餐廳吃的 還可以，房間很大，大牀雙人間好像允許睡四個人，因為我們四個人開了兩間房，前台開始搞錯了，以為我們是一間房，然後給我們四張房卡，也沒有說什麼不行，後來才知道是兩間房。一樓有個小游泳池，環境還可以，雙人間的兩張牀很大，帶陽台，有咖啡機，衛生也可以。出門可以看見卡爾加裏塔 大概走五六分鐘可以到。

衞生環境不錯，設施相對老舊了，感覺好多木質的傢俱明顯有年頭了，但是擦洗的都很新，中間還出了個小插曲，衞生間的門居然是上提把手開，結果我下壓了打不開還叫了維修人員來看，他一開始也用了各種工具打不開，最後工作人員發現是上提把手😂，但是我第二天去埃德蒙頓的福朋喜來登衞生間門就是下壓開門，我懷疑是把手裝反了😅。整體的入住體驗還是挺好的，有游泳和健身房，吃飯的話有餐廳，旁邊還有24小時的麥當勞和Timhotons，位置離機場車程20分鐘左右，離商圈10分鐘左右，很方便，停車也是免費的。

我是11月9日住在卡爾加里西北大學區智選假日酒店407的客戶,這是一家IHG酒店。 。我寫信投訴前台的女士。她對待我不尊重。當我們入住時,我問我們是否有溫泉,她回答了幾個什麼?並糾正我“熱水浴缸”如我缺乏知識。 後來想用蘭德里的房間,和他們換美元,他們給了我好幾塊錢,洗衣機只接受1塊錢,他們一開始應該就知道了。於是我回到前台又要1塊錢。當時。另一個前台服務器前有一個傢伙排隊。而且這位女士在接電話。所以我自然站在她的桌子前等待她。而且我讓她幫我換1美元,因爲他們不知道。然後她問我“你注意到有線嗎?你應該等一下。”所以我很尷尬地發現我插隊了。 所以,如果她真的注意到我排隊,爲什麼不告訴我等一下?或者只是以更尊重的方式提醒我,假設我真的不知道有線?無論哪種方式都會產生同樣的效果,我都會以一種不尷尬的方式得到承認。再一次,洗衣機只接受1美元,他們不知道,是他們的工作疏忽。 我非常關心您的服務如何與您的高額費用相匹配。

酒店周邊很荒涼 趕第二天飛機的可以在這邊過渡一晚 酒店裡的餐廳還不錯 每天有happy hour 房間寬敞 洗浴非常好 花灑很大水壓非常足 是我很喜歡的一點 冰箱噪音聲音有點吵 隔音不是太好

來卡爾加里找朋友，出於對萬豪的信任就定了這家，實際體驗挺不錯的。房間稍微有點小，但一個人住還是沒問題的。酒店早餐非常不錯，無論是自助餐還是點餐的，最後一天要趕很早的飛機，還辛苦廚房以前幫我打包了一份，晚上幫我訂餐的前台工作人員態度也很好，很有耐心地給我介紹每一種菜品。 唯一的不滿是房間浴室的門同時也是衣櫃的門，浴室門關上後就會把衣櫃裏面露出來，不是很喜歡這種設計… 除此之外其他的都不錯，酒店位置挺好的，離中國城和商場都挺近，我全都步行的，離輕軌站也不遠。離機場Uber差不多二十分鐘也能到，不算特別遠（畢竟卡爾加里就那麼大個地方）。 下次來卡爾加里還會住着！

酒店衞生還可以，但覺得毛巾略舊了點，房間適中，還算舒適。酒店提供的自助早餐還可以，種類算不上多，但基本夠用，除非過於挑剔，衹是餐廳沒那麼高大上，在一個半地下，就餐環境麼就是吃飯的地兒。酒店總體大環境還可以，在一條主幹道上，車流較大，衹是酒店圖片拍的比較宏偉，實際沒那麼大，略顯得小小的樣子。尤其大堂，跟國內的沒法比，大小類似於一般的快捷酒店大堂那麼大小，設施還過得去，顯得小巧而精緻的味道。大堂提供咖啡機，這個比較不錯，可惜熱可可巧克力熱飲總是不足，你得喝苦咖啡才行。房間麼大小適中，衹是那空調噪音有點大，呼呼的風聲，敏感點的不容易接受。酒店配有泳池，但這就勉強叫個池子吧，也是小小的，適合戲水不能像賽道一樣搞兩下。另外，關於所處位置正好在市中心地帶，到哪裡都不遠，適合喜歡打卡的人，那些景點均在2-4km之內。不過，這邊是個巨大的公墓區，酒店東側是後面是個大斜坡，下去就是一片工業區，在酒店北側一條馬路對面就是公墓區，還以為就這一個，誰知這個公墓西側對面也是公募，這周邊一大片有五六個公墓羣，還有個華人公墓，地圖上看到酒店周邊巨大的一片綠草茵茵的地方不是公園，全是公墓！不過好在這邊的墓地建的沒那麼可怕，感覺就類似於平時路過的一個公園之類的隨意的地方，所以不會產生過多陰森的感覺。至於服務麼，這裏前台不像國內都是漂亮小姑娘，搞了幾個老頭，一箇中年白人看起來還不錯，但那幾個老頭就不咋地了，來自中東，臉部肌肉不咋會動去展示笑臉，給人一種斯文的冷漠拒人千里的感覺，不適合做服務業！房間服務還好，如果不是這幾個服務前台的臭臉樣子，其餘都可以接受的。

Not our first time staying here -but we left with a sense of frustration today! It began when the front desk couldn’t find our reservation - twice ! (despite a phone call 2 hours prior to check in). Had to take my driver’s licence and go “somewhere to talk to someone in the back” - then he came back (after 2 or so  minutes) and “magically” the reservation had been found. Unnerving for my identification to disappear from my sight. No explanation offered. Frustrated again at check out when the desk clerk tried to charge us for something from the snack bar in our room - we had literally left our room 2 minutes before. Couldn’t tell us what item we had “consumed” (we hadn’t consumed anything - especially at those prices!) and then when asked how they could possibly know within 2 minutes (of us leaving our room) that an item had been consumed - they became very defensive and couldn’t actually answer the question of “how do you know what to charge us for” and the response was “it’s for the report at the end of the day - no one is saying you actually took anything”. Except that’s exactly what the desk clerk said the charge was going to be for - “an item from the snack bar for a total of $4.20”. After challenging the charge we were told that no charge would be put through on the credit card. Made to feel like we had “stolen” something when we asked for further clarification on the charge. “No apologies or thank you for staying with us”. Disappointing. Side note - Service in the ****** was great - including the restaurant.

東西都破爛不堪了。浴缸上的洞用填縫劑補得不好，浴缸水龍頭不停地滴水，浴簾上沾滿了污漬，兩張床上的羽絨被都嚴重發黃，不再是白色，上面還有污漬，而且多處破損。
