地理位置優越，旁邊就是商場林立，靠近海德公園，白金漢宮，房間還算寬敞，衞生乾淨，設施非常好，服務很到位，有歡迎點心，客房服務非常好，吃了幾天西餐，想吃麪條買了方便麪，要了叉子，結果滿滿的儀式感餐車，讓人感動，下次去還打算住這裏。

親子出遊不建議。 位置：離Paddington火車站步行10分鐘，出行比較方便。 環境：家庭房都安排在酒店背面，窗外就是車軌，非常吵。 服務：這家酒店服務不行，非常傲慢。先是酒店進行內外修繕，但是並未提前告知，酒店方面也沒有説法和任何補償。外牆都是腳手架，早上是被裝修電鑽聲吵起來的，一上午都沒停，入住體驗非常糟糕。 出門旅行，選酒店主要圖個安靜、舒心，可以讓身體和精神得到放鬆。但是這家酒店的服務和環境都達不到這個要求，不值這個價格。英國旅行，價格大差不差的情況下，建議首選Hilton。 附圖前兩張是酒店外圍，第三張是酒店窗外的景象。這是5樓。裝修電鑽聲我錄的錄音，沒有錄像，所以發不出來。

Lovely and modern inside main reception/restaurant area, but a few teething issues which will hopefully get sorted now up and running again. I was given the key to someone elses room, so walked into a room full of belongings and then the next day my key lost it's programming, so had to go back to reception yet again. Rooms aren't very sound proofed, so there was a few nights where I had people non stop walking through the corridors at gone midnight shouting and singing where likely drunk from the bar. Overall okay stay for the money though, bottles of water and a few biscuits were provided too which was a lovely touch. Bar prices very reasonable too

酒店的位置極好，就在倫敦橋火車站和地鐵站旁邊，從蓋特威克機場乘火車過來出站就能看到酒店，到倫敦各景點也很方便，地鐵火車渡船站距離都在200米之內。前台有個會講中文的接待會熱心幫助解決問題，樓下瑪莎超市已經裝修完畢可以去採購了，不過外面腳手架還沒拆除走到門口才知道。總之這家酒店很適合來倫敦旅遊觀光的中國客人。

這家酒店雙床房的床特別大，三個箱子都可以並排打開，簡直超出了我的預期，來之前看評價説倫敦酒店很小和日本差不多，比日本大多了好嗎，前台小夥很nice，問了好幾遍是否過敏，剛開始沒聽懂，他很耐心，原來是送給我們曲奇，這個曲奇太好吃了！早餐也可以，離自然博物館、V&A走路就幾分鐘，附近還有個中餐廳，上海10號，拯救了我的中國胃，推薦！

我和媽媽在2個房間住了3晚,3個月前我預訂時,我並排要求或同一樓層的房間,但他們把媽媽放在底層,我在地下室。 我媽媽的房間很糟糕,聞起來像潮溼潮溼的地毯,它很小,黑暗,沒有氣流。浴室奇怪地位於房間外面通過另一扇門。 我的房間對面是一個很大的存儲空間,旁邊是早餐室。隔壁房間的客人的噪音,早上的早餐室,工作人員進出商店的房間,每隔幾分鐘從地下火車發出的不斷的聲音是相當難以忍受的。 儘管我預訂了相同的房型,但我的房間比我媽媽得到的要大得多,配置也更好。 這個地方是迷宮,房間編號沒有意義,我們永遠迷失了。 工作人員很有禮貌,但絕對不是服務專業人員,顯然他們中沒有一個人想去那裏。 唯一的優點是位置位置位置!!

我其實對房間沒太大要求，定了個單間，半頁回去才發現，空調壞了就給我換了一個套間。就説地理位置，這是我最滿意的地方，隔壁就是媽媽咪呀的劇院，獅子王也在隔壁。其他還有很多劇院。在Covent garden 的旁邊。晚上十點還是很熱鬧。步行去所有主要景點博物館都很近。 這也是我一個人玩的很開心的原因，純步行，就是臨時改變行程無非換個方向走而已。唯一吐槽的是住了幾家不同的希爾頓，早餐配置竟然是一樣的 吃膩了。 就地理位置 價位和服務強烈推薦
