Our fully air conditioned condo unit 607 is beautifully appointed with island decor throughout. From the moment you step in the door you will be greeted by a breathtaking view of the ocean and gardens and Molokai Island to the right. As you proceed to our lanai with seating for four, you may be greeted by sail boats passing by and surfers just off shore. A short walk to the shoreline at the edge of the property and you can often see green sea turtles as they feed on coral in the surf. You'll enjoy free wifi throughout the condo and flat screen cable tv in the bedroom and the living room. Our full kitchen is well stocked with service for 4 and a washer/dryer is provided in the unit. The dining table seats 4. It also has unobstructed views, so you are not staring at another building, just beautiful water, islands, and unbelievable sunsets and rainbows.Our remodeled condo has new cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, lighting, and fixtures in the kitchen & all 3 baths, plus tile floors. Master bath shower has large tiles, including a seat inside the shower! For TV & movies, a 65" FLAT-SCREEN in living room, and also a 60" flat screen TV in the master bdrm, with Blu-ray. Also a 50" flat screen TV in the guest room. The vinyl flooring is new throughout the condo, and a lovely new couch has been delivered. We have new drapes with liners and the windows have just been tinted to cut out the glare from the afternoon sun. This includes laundry, luxury organic bath, and kitchen essentials. We do not drop extra. There is an Aloha welcome gift for you upon arrival as well.No parking or resort fees. We do have a $75 Damage Insurance Fee that covers up to $1500 in damage for our guests. Accidents happen and we have you covered. PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular professional pest control services for pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents however they cannot be completely controlled in this part of the world. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected.
