住過一些民宿，感覺哈爾濱這個民宿感受最好，乾淨衞生，屋裡小細節滿滿，孩子無聊了還玩兒了幾回鋼琴，一家五口住舒適度很高，洗澡的話熱水也很好，房東還給推薦了周圍的早市，出門坐地鐵也可以，走路需要十多分鐘就可以到地鐵站煙廠這一站，一開始出去都打車打車費用還是有點高坐地鐵方便還便宜。最喜歡這個房間禁煙，沒有煙味兒，適合帶孩子親子出門，照片都是手機原相機拍的很漂亮

寶子們！這家酒店必須給它狠狠安利一波！進屋一瞅，那環境嘎嘎敞亮，被單被罩都倍兒乾淨，一點褶子都沒有，衞生間更是鋥光瓦亮，毛巾疊得闆闆正正，就沖這衞生，必須給個大拇指！位置也老得勁兒了，出門沒多遠就是商圈、地鐵站，想買點啥、想去哪溜達都方便。晚上睡覺一點兒不吵，床軟乎乎的，枕頭高低也合適，下次來還住這兒，指定不換地方！

設施：現代化，新店，但沒有味道。衞生：不錯，連住的話默認打掃房子，可以在門口取消總結：有一説一，我230買的，超出我的預期，離市中心近，在中央大街附近10分鐘不到就到，4分鐘左右就能走到聖索菲亞大教堂，哈爾濱博物館5分鐘就能到。美中不足可能有點小，我的應該是18平，但東西很好，短時間應該不會再來哈爾濱了，但如果哪年冬天來，我應該還會選擇這家。（ps：前台小哥挺帥，服務態度也好）

房間的形式是套房裡麪隔出的4個房間，有進入套房的門和房間門鑰匙。不在萬達賓館門牌正下面，在隔壁一兩間的單元樓裏。離鎮裏的美食街大概500、600米的樣子，吃東西很方便。不過有幾點注意事項： 1.套房裡麪每個房間隔得比較近，隔音不是特別好。 2.吹風機不是每個房間都有的。我住的時候一次性用品裏面沒梳子。 3.早上6點多外面就有很大的鬧鐘聲播報，説現在是北京時間6點10分，隔了一個小時7點10分又開始播報，太影響睡眠了。 4.老闆娘挺熱情的，但一大早9點多就來敲門問今天要不要續住，甚至直接轉門把手想開進來，幸好我們鎖着門，這點希望改進下。

五一假期幾個朋友商量來一個說走就走的假期游，網上查了挺多家店，最後選了這家，評價不多，但是規模挺大環境看起來也挺好的，來了以後感覺自己選的沒錯，房間裝修挺有特色，乾淨整潔，距離滑雪場熊貓館溫泉都特別近，很方便，老闆還給我們訂了景區的優惠門票，超級給力，最主要的是五一天氣冷老闆給整個房子供暖了，強烈推薦這家店。

和朋友一起來哈爾濱旅遊，租到了一個很滿意的民宿～屋裡的設施比較智能，有投影儀可以放自己喜歡看的劇，而且屋裡有很多插座，不用擔心沒有插口可以充電，有一次性牙刷和馬桶墊，有自動供暖系統，即使是冬天也一點都不冷跟老闆反應説沒有地方能晾衣服，老闆第二天就送來了晾衣架（圖三），加上暖氣一晚上就能晾乾衣服了，非常好評！

我們到的時候酒店外門正在裝修。它在巴洛克景區裏面，鬧中取靜，很有特色。住的是上百年的老建築，走在木板樓梯上，咯吱作響，很有歲月感。酒店有客棧的風格，不過門口掛的紅燈籠晚上看的話有點詭異。因為是老建築沒有樓梯，店家會幫我們搬運行李到樓上。穿過長廊，掀起珠簾，進入就是小小的門房，那裡有前台。辦理完手續，進入的就是房間。酒店內外形成鮮明對比，外表很久，內外很新。在很多細節上下了功夫，力求還原俄式建築。有巨幕投影和智能馬桶，考究的花灑淋浴設備。房間有地毯，沙發，火爐，讓人一下子彷彿走入了中世紀歐洲貴族的房間，氛圍感拉滿。上述這些都是好的地方。需要改進的地方就是房間的插座太少，在燒水和吹頭髮方面不方便。花灑雖然很漂亮，但是導熱性能過強，容易燙手甚至燙傷。螺旋式旋轉的把手不能輕易旋轉，淋浴時如果手上有泡沫就會無法選擇，不方便沖洗。建議更換成把手，拉開式更為方便。他們家還配有自動洗衣機，方便清洗衣物。前台溝通迅速，能夠解決問題。這個點贊。希望店家生意越來越好，住宿體驗不錯，值得推薦。

哈亞雪七日遊，這個旅館給我的體驗感降到最差，從雪鄉趕回來十一點半，到了旅館老闆説停水，大家可以理解大冬天大半夜的風塵僕僕連水都沒有的感覺嗎？熱水冷水都沒有，一家三口無法洗漱衹能睡覺，説他們這裏每天十點半以後都停水，那是不是也可以提前告知客户讓我們有心理預期準備或者臨時換酒店，或者給我們備點熱水？而且服務態度也不太好，意思是和我解釋了很多遍為什麼我就不明白沒有水，真的是讓人失望到極致，所以很用心的來寫一下入住體驗，夥伴們看一看參考一下很有價值，對攜程也很失望了，不提前考察一下旅店情況嗎？

酒店位置靠近哈爾濱西站，還有接送站服務，很是便利。為了搭火車方便，選了和頤至尊酒店。入住時，前台接待員主動為我升級為商務大床房，驚喜！怕熱，多要了一件被套，保安師傅給送來，説—住的高興就好，實在質樸的話讓人暖心。前台接待員冀思辰服務很熱情還送了我小禮物，接待員楊金明主動幫我們提行李送上車，還貼心的問要不要多帶些礦泉水。送站的司機師傅還幫忙搬行李，感謝。酒店周邊購物吃飯都方便，靠近金爵萬象城和哈西萬達。房間打掃的乾淨，住的舒服。酒店前台的茶很好喝，😀

哈爾濱首家輕居3.0，地理位置優越，周邊美食交通都非常便利。客房乾淨。服務人員超級有禮貌。因為到的比較晚，出來遊玩攢了好多臟衣服，當天夜裡一點多才洗上的衣服。前台小姐姐又幫我洗，又幫我烘乾的。早上怕打擾我休息，很有禮貌的發了短訊問我什麼時間送。誰能懂那種睜開眼睛就能穿上香噴噴衣服的感覺呀。簡直太貼心啦。以後來哈爾濱就住這家啦……強烈推薦♥️
