Welcome to La Bella Casa! Our fabulous and recently renovated home in Washington DC. Located a few blocks from H St and a few minutes driving from Union Market, the house is perfect for couples, families with children, or groups of friends who want to explore DC while staying at a beautiful and welcoming home. Closest metro is NoMa -Gallaudet U New York Ave (about 15-20 min walking from the house and about 5 min driving).The property has 3 levels with a total of 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. There are 5 beds in total that can comfortably fit up to 8 guests.On the main level you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and a half bath. On the upper level you will find a master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath, a queen bedroom and a smaller kids room (with twin bunk beds). The queen bedroom and the kids room share one full bathroom.On the lower level you will find a kitchenette and living space, a full bedroom and a full bath. The house can comfortably host up to 8 guests. There is also one sofa bed in the main living room and one sofa bed in the lower level for a max capacity of 10 guests. House features open floor plan, stunning kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances. Kitchen is fully equipped for those keen on cooking. Coffee, tea, sugar and filtered water are complimentary in the kitchen. All bedrooms are spacious and have beautiful hardwood floors. Comfortable memory foam mattresses in each bedroom. Toiletries are available in each bathroom. A bath towel, a hand towel and a washcloth will be provided for each guest. You will find 3 smart TVs, one in the main living room, one inside the master bedroom, and one in the lower level. We have a 2 car private garage in the back of the house.IMPORTANT : Please makes sure the number of people in your reservation are only the ones allowed to stay during the reservations. During your booking you will need to provide the names of your guest. -No Gatherings, parties, extra guest or sleepovers are allowed. -No shoes in the house.
