The home is a sanctuary for peace and relaxation, with cozy outdoor spaces to unwind in and distant views of the City. Our street has access to the trailhead that takes you up to the main ridge trail. The house itself consists of an open, contemporary plan that allows guests to be immersed in the surroundings. 位置無敵，一邊是湖邊，一邊是公園1903，吃飯逛街都很方便。樓下還有24小時便利店和好吃的麪包店。走200米有小朋友的室內外遊樂場，這兩天昆明一直下雨，小朋友也有地方玩兒。不過可能地毯太多，電梯和走廊都一股味道。尤其要吐槽的是洗衣房和電吹風。所謂洗衣房就是在二樓放了兩台洗烘一體的洗衣機。衣服烘兩小時還是濕噠噠的，一點用沒有。又佔用了時間又浪費電。老闆真的應該升級一下洗衣房。電吹風吹一下，稍微熱一點就失靈了，要等好久才能再用，換了一個還是這樣。非常不方便。早餐一般。房間還行。入住期間還在刷漆，地毯上鋪了很多白布，我女兒拌了兩次。晚班的前台小姐姐很好，酒店服務最好的一個。

國慶老闆一家不在，委託了旁邊茶葉店的帥哥在，所以下午16.30到的時候帥哥還不知道有預訂，雖然我提前電話了老闆，但是老闆沒有跟帥哥提前打招呼，所以剛下暴雨我們在外面等了一會有點涼。整體環境和房間裝修細節還蠻喜歡的，是老闆自家的房子，就四間，插座開關是公牛的，床和柜子是直拼板的實木，住着挺放心的，窗外風景也很好，值得推薦。

預訂的是家庭親子套房，結果辦理入住時就出了岔子——先是被告知前一位客人還沒退房，説兩點能入住，我們就一直等着，可等到三點多再問，卻説還得再等將近一個小時。好不容易等夠時間回來，得到的答覆更是讓人窩火：所謂的“親子套房”，竟然就是兩間完全獨立分開的房間，一間雙床、一間大床，連點套房的影子都沒有！ 這哪是套房？分明是把兩間普通房硬湊成了“親子套房”來糊弄人！對我們帶孩子的家庭來説，這種安排太不方便了——孩子在兩個房間來回跑既麻煩又得時刻操心安全，完全沒有套房該有的便捷和互動空間。 預訂時衝著“套房”的舒適性和便利性來的，結果不僅遭遇長時間延遲入住，還被房型訊息嚴重誤導，體驗感極差。真心提醒想訂家庭套房的朋友，一定要慎重，別再踩這種坑！

一次非常糟糕的選擇。1、入住時間正值最冷時刻，酒店號稱中央空調，制熱開到35度，但房間温度一晚都在18度左右。2、最奇葩的是早餐。訂房時含早餐，入住時給了兩早餐卷。早上按時到二樓餐廳，發現裏面空空如也，到廚房問詢阿姨，她電話聯繫前台後告知，早餐巳打包到前台，到前台領取後看到如下早餐：二個雞蛋、一包早餐奶、一個小麪包、一小瓶礦泉水、一個橙🥵！前台解釋今天早餐阿姨休假，但她不知我已去廚房見到了廚師。如此酒店能給好評嗎？值得向朋友推薦嗎？建議攜程網認真管理一下。
