Located near a quiet cul-de-sac approx. 2 blocks from the beach, it's an ideal getaway beach house with a limited Gulf view. This vacation house is bright and tastefully decorated featuring tile & carpeted floors and granite countertops in the large kitchen, and bathrooms. An open floor plan makes this house functional and perfect for entertaining. The living room boasts comfortable sofas (one of which is a sleeper sofa) and a remote-controlled fireplace. Open airy, walk-through kitchen with a long counter and numerous barstools. Dining area has large accommodating table. Full size washer and dryer are located on this floor.One bedroom with bunk bed (and trundle bed) is located on the second level. Three bedrooms are located on the third level. Super family friendly. Located just a 3 blocks from the beach. We can accommodate OVER 12 with approval. A large driveway can park 4 cars. If you bring your bikes or your street legal golf cart and any beach accessories, the two car garage has plenty of room for storage. The bottom bedroom is a perfect teen hangout. The patio is under the house for hanging out in the shade and playing games. The first floor has a large living and dining room and a very spacious kitchen. Meals can be enjoyed indoor in our spacious dining room and at the bar counter, or outdoor at the picnic table on the ground floor.
