Any smoking evidence will result in significant odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.★ POOL TEMPERATURE ★The pool does not have a heater and thus becomes quite cold with the outdoor temperature in winter! The pool is maintained year round and guests do choose to partake - but, please be aware it's really more of a seasonal pool! ★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy - but, there are family members with allergies so we do not allow them.★ FIREPLACE / FIRE-PIT ★If you are interested in using the fireplace or fire-pit - please let us know in advance and we can share with you our rules / deposit information. Obviously, this option is only available in the winter months. Thank you.Music must not be heard beyond the property lines 24/7. Violations are subject to eviction and a $500 City fine. Any additional occupant constitutes a violation of this rent agreement and can result with violations with the city, fines, and potential eviction.TRASH DISPOSAL:The trash bins are located on the right side of the house. Trash service is on Thursdays - and we ask that guest present on Wednesdays - please roll the trash bins out to the curb. Guest present on Thursdays, we kindly ask that you roll the bins back to the right side of the house.PARKING:Parking is provided on site 6+ cars. There is ample room in the front of the house also for an RV as well as boats. You may park on the gravel, but please be very careful not to damage the landscaping elements. We do allow parking in our garage, but there is no remote. Please do NOT park on the street. THERMOSTAT:Winter Rules - home should not be heated above 76 degrees FSummer Rules - home should not be cooled below 66 degrees FADDITIONAL FEES:If there is property damage, missing items, trash left behind, dishes not cleaned and/or put away, house is left excessively dirty - you are likely to be charged additional fees. Additionally, if our cameras show any sign of or our cleaners find any signs that pets were brought onto the premises you will be charged a $500 fee. Lastly, if there are any signs of smoking on the premises a $500 fee will be charged.Cleaning Fee:You are paying a cleaning fee with your booking. This fee includes the normal house cleaning (e.g. wash sheets and towels, clean bathrooms & kitchen, mop and vacuum floor) to make the home look exactly the way you found it when you arrived. Our home is located 25 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, 30 minutes to Hoover Dam, 20 minutes to Lake Mead, all while being tucked away in a quiet Henderson Neighborhood. 首先酒店位置很好距離地鐵站不是很遠，我是從尚志大街地鐵站步行過去的，這個距離我還是能接受的。再説説景點，距離索菲亞教堂那是非常非常近，教堂對面就是道里菜市場，去中央大街步行前往很方便，還有哈爾濱博物館也在附近。再説酒店的服務，前台小哥哥，小姐姐們非常熱情，能及時迴應提出的問題，服務周到。房間乾淨整潔，我們出行的季節帶的行李比較少，如果行李比較多的話房間會略顯侷促。總得來説非常好，如果下次還來哈爾濱還會預訂。

房間的形式是套房裡麪隔出的4個房間，有進入套房的門和房間門鑰匙。 不在萬達賓館門牌正下面，在隔壁一兩間的單元樓裏。 離鎮裏的美食街大概500、600米的樣子，吃東西很方便。 不過有幾點注意事項： 1.套房裡麪每個房間隔得比較近，隔音不是特別好。 2.吹風機不是每個房間都有的。我住的時候一次性用品裏面沒梳子。 3.早上6點多外面就有很大的鬧鐘聲播報，説現在是北京時間6點10分，隔了一個小時7點10分又開始播報，太影響睡眠了。 4.老闆娘挺熱情的，但一大早9點多就來敲門問今天要不要續住，甚至直接轉門把手想開進來，幸好我們鎖着門，這點希望改進下。

這次入住是臨時決定的——在此之前的一晚其他酒店（靠近索菲姐大教堂）體驗不佳，抱着試試看的心態定了這家酒店，沒想到整體遠超預期，從服務到硬件都讓人覺得“選對了”。 先説最直觀的入住體驗，前台小哥哥的服務特別專業。辦理流程介紹得清晰流暢，酒店的各項服務、注意事項都主動講到位，沒有一點拖沓，剛到就先卸去了“臨時找房”的倉促感。因為入住是下午兩點，我是臨時從別處搬過來，所以比較早，人家沒有讓我等或者多付錢，有房就直接給我入住了。這點很貼心。 進房間後，第一感受是設施很有格調，尤其是智能控制特別方便。喊一聲“小度小度”就能操控燈光、空調這些家電，不用來回找開關，對我這種怕麻煩的人來説太友好了。房間用品也很有質感，棉拖軟乎乎的，穿起來很舒服，細節上能感覺到用心。不過有個小不足：吹風機是老式的，不僅看起來有些破舊，支架也不太穩，用的時候得扶着，要是能更新一下就更好了。另外，我定的是無窗房，確實是受預算限制的選擇，但好在通風做得不錯，沒覺得悶或壓抑，下次如果預算允許，想試試有窗的房型，應該體驗會更棒。 讓我印象最深的是客房大姐的貼心服務。入住當天我臨時要了兩條毛巾和浴巾，沒想到第二次打掃時，她沒多説什麼，直接悄悄補好了放在洗手枱的下方——這種不用反覆提醒的“無聲服務”，特別讓人覺得親切又暖心。 酒店的位置更是沒話説，離中央大街特別近，步行就能到，周邊的打卡景點也很集中，白天出門逛吃、拍照都很方便，省了不少路上的時間。 早餐的話，説實話我一開始沒抱太高期待，實際出品算中規中矩，在及格線以上，但對比上一家入住的酒店已經好很多了，作為快捷早餐完全夠用。 整體來説，這次臨時入住的體驗很驚喜，尤其要給前台和客房大姐的服務點個贊。下次再來哈爾濱，肯定還會選這家，也推薦給想住中央大街附近、看重性價比和服務的朋友。 遺憾的是酒店房間照片沒拍，那我就分享附近中央大街的一些照片吧。

五星好評！ 第一天因為還沒人退房，安排的房間不是特別理想，協商後立馬答應換房 最後一天希望可以延遲一會退房，也是二話不説就答應了。 酒店地理位置非常優越，裝修很好，全屋智能，乾淨衞生。 另外離紅磚早市非常近，下次還來這家店！

房間位置特別好，松花江邊，闖關東廣場，特別有生活氣息。下樓就是中華巴洛克，還有個清真點心鋪物美價廉。去太陽島有渡輪，中央大街打車很快就到。 房間特別滿意，收拾的乾淨整潔，設施和家用沒差別，齊齊全全的，洗衣機洗洗衣服，有冰箱廚具很實用。 房東特別熱情介紹了線路和飯店，維護的很用心，感謝啦。希望有機會再回來體驗哈爾濱的冬天。

位置挺難找的，因為牌子不叫顯示的酒店，應該是要改名字吧，看到圖片一沒錯就是這裏，外面佈景都非常棒好多人打卡，房間環境別人都説過了，非常棒，還以為住在鬧區隔音會差，但是房間裝修密封很好，設施都很完備，小童洗漱用品都齊全。裏面房間是簡俄式風格，前台的美女和帥哥都很和善熱情，那麼大箱子拎上拎下的。想要體驗老建築羣環境的不要錯過，在這裏住散步的時候真能見到老房子，酒店幾百米還有個早市，掃個單車也就十分鐘，物價很是感人。酒店離地鐵站也非常近，在哈爾濱好多地方私家車不是堵車就限行，地鐵是真方便，基本上出地鐵口就能到想去的地方。

哈亞雪七日遊，這個旅館給我的體驗感降到最差，從雪鄉趕回來十一點半，到了旅館老闆説停水，大家可以理解大冬天大半夜的風塵僕僕連水都沒有的感覺嗎？ 熱水冷水都沒有，一家三口無法洗漱衹能睡覺，説他們這裏每天十點半以後都停水，那是不是也可以提前告知客户讓我們有心理預期準備或者臨時換酒店，或者給我們備點熱水？ 而且服務態度也不太好，意思是和我解釋了很多遍為什麼我就不明白沒有水，真的是讓人失望到極致，所以很用心的來寫一下入住體驗，夥伴們看一看參考一下很有價值，對攜程也很失望了，不提前考察一下旅店情況嗎？

這次是和好朋友家庭一起出發 共計6個人 4大2小 這個房子非常適合2對家庭居住 因為兩個大房間床都很大 單人床兩個小朋友睡也綽綽有餘如果是2對家庭帶2個長者也是可以擠一擠的 地理位置是還不錯的 開窗就是松花江 離中央大街的另一頭也比較近 離索菲亞大教堂步行是需要25分鐘以上的 飯後散步中央大街還是不錯的 衞生情況很不錯 房子整體很乾凈 入住也非常便捷 房東也很友好 缺點是垃圾桶少了點 客廳電視機能換成投影就更完美了 還有就是電熱水器如果能容量大一點就更好了 房子有供暖 房間很熱 入住記得要穿短袖短褲睡 否則會出汗 還有就是衞生間可否裝個燈 上廁所總是開着浴霸燈也有點太熱了 總體很不錯 視野和採光都很不錯

酒店位置靠近哈爾濱西站，還有接送站服務，很是便利。為了搭火車方便，選了和頤至尊酒店。入住時，前台接待員主動為我升級為商務大床房，驚喜！怕熱，多要了一件被套，保安師傅給送來，説—住的高興就好，實在質樸的話讓人暖心。前台接待員冀思辰服務很熱情還送了我小禮物，接待員楊金明主動幫我們提行李送上車，還貼心的問要不要多帶些礦泉水。送站的司機師傅還幫忙搬行李，感謝。酒店周邊購物吃飯都方便，靠近金爵萬象城和哈西萬達。房間打掃的乾淨，住的舒服。酒店前台的茶很好喝，😀
