我在這家酒店住了五天，最後被逼無奈換了酒店。這家酒店人很熱情，但是前台服務生聽不懂英語，更不用說漢語了。我先在這家酒店住了三天，之後因為業務的不確定，就一天一天地預定。離店前兩天，酒店竟然把我的東西扔了出來，放到了另外一個房間。我問他們為什麼，他們說我的房間被別人預約了。這種情況竟然不告訴我一聲。
