我和丈夫在勒魯爾住了2晚,非常喜歡酒店和景色。絕對要預訂一個帶風景的房間,因爲這會使您留下難忘的回憶。房間很大,浴室寬敞。房間裏有冰箱,這是額外的獎勵(我們本來會喜歡咖啡機,但沒有)。牀很舒服,一切都一塵不染。沒有電梯,所以準備拖行李上樓。工作人員很友好,講了一點英語,但他們當然很高興幫助我講法語,對此我非常感激。我們的房間有一個非常大的窗戶,打開了通向水。白天可以看到各種帆船、游泳者和在下面的岩石上攀爬的人。晚上可以看到遠處的燈塔。餐廳可以改進,但我們在酒店住得很開心。早餐包括酸奶和麪包。不值10歐元的價格,但是嘿嘿-你在牀上吃飯時可以看風景。前面有一條繁忙的路,但這絲毫沒有影響我們的睡眠。這個地區有很多步行的商店和餐廳,附近那個披薩店就是爲了死而死的!以後來M****ille的時候我們一定會回來的。

We chose this hotel given that it offers parking on site and it is well positioned, close to the port and other landmarks, but yet away from all the chaos and traffic. If you have high expectations and looking for North American standards of a 4 star hotel, this is definitely not the place to stay at. We spent most of the time touring the city and its surroundings, so we did not need many amenities and were not bothered with things that were missing or not working. Some of the high points of this hotel were: location (residential and quiet area), onsite gated parking, very peaceful and you cold barely hear other guests, lots of nice trees and plants around the property, comfortable bed, outdoor pool, beach/pool towels, wardrobes and slippers are provided, good wifi, mini fridge stocked with water and pop, very helpful and friendly staff. The low points were: getting to the hotel can be a bit tricky as the entrance is not marked properly. You have to turn into Rue des Flots Bleus to access reception - parking is right behind the gate in front of the reception. Streets are very narrow and bigger cars can be challenging to manoeuvre. We arrived at 5:30 pm and our room was still not ready. We opted for Privilege room, but is was extremely small and dark (ground floor). Wardrobe was size of a kitchen cabinet and there was no space for suitcases. There was no work desk, but only a small round table and one chair. Shower and sink drainage was not very good and there was a very odd smell. There was no iron/ironing board in the room. Some of the lightbulbs were not working. Pool/beach towels could not be changed for clean/dry ones. Breakfast was a bit limited. Scrambled eggs, sausages and bacon were served from very small pans and would not get replenished regularly. There were many pigeons landing on outdoor tables and chairs. Coffee served outside breakfast hours is not free. Pool loungers are limited and by the afternoon they are all taken. The grounds could be kept in the better shape. We would not recommend this hotels for longer stays.

優秀的位置,人才友好,高效。漂亮舒適的游泳池,聰明的選擇禁止在游泳池區吸菸。我肯定會回到這家酒店,也許我能改進的唯一能改進的就是房間服務菜單和游泳池,好但很少的選擇。一先,一沙拉,一秒肉,如果我記不錯兩張品,房間相當寬,現代,裝飾漂亮,風格優雅,房間都很聲,別的房間客人都不覺得。入住時,他們會用曲的馬賽卡和Wi-Fi密碼送你,非常漂亮的功能性主意,入口有一水。於馬賽的熱情回酒店,用新鮮的飲料來新,是一大想,酒店的各個部分都表現得很好,適合家庭,也適合專業人士。游泳池的入住時間結束了20.00...也許我會延長到21.00...讓那些在馬賽工作過的人一天結束時洗,早餐足夠豐富,歐洲人...還有一點東西!!!新,我會加一些原油和一些米,子很棒,新鮮,水果已經了......幾乎是馬其頓--酸奶、、黃油、、馬、各種麪包--簡而言之,還有一點!!!!有機器提供各種飲料。你可以從意大利經典的快咖啡到美國咖啡,或者是一杯好熱巧克力,非常功能,你也有機會喝一杯熱水來享受一杯。另一個重要的是,如果你遲到回來,夜間門員總是細小心,你不冒險呆在外面等着,快的電。酒店的清好,如接待和一般的整個氣都呼吸,我肯定建議你住在這家酒店。位置優美,離舊港口幾分鐘,否則就馬上到達加泰倫海灘,然後可以在美麗的角里散步......很可能從某個房間裏也可以看到弗里奧爾島---換句話說--住新酒店!!!!

The standards are not meet any expectations for 4 stars, especially for such a big chain like Accor it should be much higher than this. Everything in the classic room category is old and super dated: furniture is broken, the bed sheets are yellow from the numerous washings, sagging mattress, chipped doors, walls, wholes in the curtains, dirty chair and sofa (literally with the stains and scratches). Frankly speaking, don’t feel like to touch the surfaces. It feels like in a hostel room, 2 light spots in the room only, so just go to sleep after the sunset. Shower tap has an issue with the water mixer: it’s cold then suddenly it is very hot. Maybe it was a normal hotel with adequate level of cleanness, but it was 15 years ago, maybe more. The hotel desperately needs to be renovated asap. I got checked-in and went to my room, after first glance I realized there is completely nothing, only towels and liquid soap available. No bathrobes, no slippers, no simple electric kettle. AC doesn’t work (outside temperature is +23 C). Reception button on the phone not working. The number of reception written on the fire-alarm sign is wrong (just for another hotel). In case of emergency just help yourself. To make the story short, the reception offered me upgrade to Sofitel (next door 5-star-hotel, under the same hospitality group). They called me in 10 min and informed me that this “upgrade” will cost me 300€ per night instead of regular 400€. Basically, I was offered upgrade for my own money. Brilliant solution and after-sales service! Just a quick note I pay for my current stay in Novotel 186€ per night (special rate for Accor members fully prepaid 1 month in advance). After that I got a traditional excuse that all hotels in the city are fully booked. The next excuse was that the country where I came from has higher standards for the same category hotels :) and the French standards are like this. I love France and I know very well what I can expect. Firstly, I am not first time in France, secondly, even during this trip I stayed 4 nights in Cannes, but these two stays are completely different like night and day. Also I was offered to get a refund and just go and look for another hotel. Speechless. I am on my holidays, and my stay at M****ille is ruined completely.

酒店位置很好，對麪就是馬賽舊港，從火車站打車大概10歐元，十分鐘左右車程。走路到公交車站也很近。酒店附近餐館選擇很多，還有旅遊用品店賣馬賽皂的。酒店早餐選擇不多，但味道還可以，房間除了牙刷和拖鞋不提供，其他洗漱用品都有，還有燒水壺。自己帶的電源轉換插頭沒法用，酒店前台可以借，信用卡擔保即可。酒店進門有一個先圖書館，適合顧客放鬆休息，有水和小餅乾提供。總的來說是個非常不錯的選擇。
