Overall good experience. Can be improved but overall not bad

有一個顧客在我們第一次到達時與前台工作人員進行了激烈的爭論,他們沒有向他退還他50美元的損壞押金。顧客與工作人員好戰。他最終被出租車帶走。這一切都發生在我們剛剛到達時,這讓我們有點不安,因爲我們是否做出了入住這家酒店的正確決定。工作人員非常專業,對我們很包容。最後,一切都很好。

The room was nice, and the property have a view of the river, but the outside area was a little disappointing. The back of the hotel had RVs there and that area was unkept. The font facing the river was a wood boardwalk that had chairs but there was no privacy. Again the room had a well appointed kitchen and the living area was nice. This motel would be best suited for longer stays when cooking in was important.

位置優越,就在海濱。牀很舒服。不過酒店需要裝修-傢俱破舊不堪,衛生間天花板有洞,淋浴瓷磚髒,牆壁刮痕髒,窗台上有黴菌生長。自助早餐充其量一般。能聽到尖叫的孩子,所以沒有隔音。不要計劃再回來。

Great place. Had all the utensils required for cooking. Wonderful for families. Thanks for catering us even though we were late check in 😀loved that it was close to a grocery store right opposite. Would love to stay again. Also the kids had a great time playing at the playground right opposite!

工作人員友好。房間乾淨。訂了帶廚房的房間,一家人住非常好,簡單煮飯,享受自己安靜的休閒。還會再來。

我們在這次旅行中住了1晚,我們喜歡它。它很乾淨。我們的房間看起來是新/新裝修的。空調工作得很好。入住和退房都很容易。工作人員很好,一路微笑。如果我們回來,我們肯定會再住在這裏。強烈推薦。

Great service and experience in PEI, we check in that day was Christmas, hosted gave us a chocolate for Christmas. That’s very sweet, we do have great time staying in hotel. There are fee cookies in lobby for the day. Nice place in PEI!!!

The receptionist was nice enough to answer my questions. Helped me cancel on the same day and provided a full refund. The Filipino staff was nice too. Overall, it was a worth the price stay with this hotel.

酒店位置不錯，離shopping mall很近，房間有爐灶，可以做飯，房間還行，性價比比較高。。。
