The hotel is in the heart of the city. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the service was excellent. Thanks to ma-hi and sachin for the excellent service. Got an early check in, late check out and got an upgrade to a suite.

Stay was good. Room was ok as far as value for money is concerned. Less toileteries provided as compared to other hotels with similar range are concerned. No wifi password was shared. We never asked though. The bucket tumbler and stool provided in bath was dirty and unclean. It was a basic room. Food at the restaurant attached was good. Not so happy with room. Location of hotel is good calm and quiet place.

Hotel Park Plaza is a fake shanty type of hotel. There appears to be a connivance between MMT and the hotel as no affiliation can be so blindly granted by MMT without verification. The site is altogether different from photos posted on MMR. Dingy bathroom with no space for taking bath. Initially #107 was given and on protest, #102 was given. No toilettaries, dirty & dilapidated towels and linen, poor and shabby pillows, no servants except a guard and a waitor suffice the true story. There is no reception to wait. The breakfast in hotel worth 5200 is supposed to be good enough. No Courtsey in staff behaviour. No tea kettle or water glass and local brand of one litre packaged water tell the story of hotel standard. I personally feel that Rs 5200 have been fleeced in connivance of MMT. A life time regret as there was no customer service help from MMT at 10 pm after check in.

The location is absolutely great in main panjim market. The breakfast choice are limited, but what the serve is excellent. Staff in restaurant is courteous and kind. Over all very nice comfortable stay.

Stayed for second time. i found service is very good as previous. staff is very cooperative. very pleasant & very peaceful stay away from all the crowd. i had book wintergreen premium room which had very nice field view from the balcony. and had very tasty food.
