The name, Balaram Palace Resort, is deceiving. It was a palace of a small princely state but to a customer, it is big but does not feel like a palace. It has a large ground but I am not aware of any activities like horseback riding or games, musical performances or activities etc. Then, why call it a palace or a resort? The staff is good. They help in many ways, e.g. taking an elderly person in an electric vehicle to the restaurant. The food in the restaurant was good but I would not call the restaurant palatial. The property is on the bank of a river. Thus, one can take a walk to the river. The rooms are cold at night. They placed heaters in the room. In our room, the heater was short-circuited and caught fire. They repaired it but this caused disturbed sleep. One of the most important functions of a hotel is good sleep on a comfortable bed in a warm quiet room and a good bath. If a guest cannot sleep, the hotel should consider it and discount the price or somehow make the person happy. The staff are very nice but were probably not authorized to evaluate how happy the customer is. Since I cannot compare this to other hotels in Palanpoor, I would still recommend this hotel and give it an average rating.

Excellent service of hotel nice aminety and hotels all area is so neat and clean i was stay in dormitories so my stay experience is so wonderful and fabulous dormitory was so neat and clean hot water available in bathroom always so good and excellent experience of this hotel. I recommend if you stay palanpur city than stay this hotel because this hotel service are so good.

Good hotel in best location, room s good and clean, staff is good and helpful, all channels is available in tv, room has big window so i feel good in room, bathroom is also clean.

Good stay for family, Group and couple. Big advantage of this hotel is it is situated at market area so we do not need any vehicle to move around, location makes you shopping very easy. Hotel is just 150m far i.e. walking distance from Ambaji Temple. Specially thanks to the staff Bhanwarji who provide us very good service, very helpful person and guided us very well.

We had a very nice stay at hotel Shree in Ambaji. 1: It is near to the temple 5 mins walking distance 2: Neat and Clean 3: excellent A/C, all facilities very good, 24 hours hot water. 4: Nice room service even in the middle of the night 5: Tasty food in their restaurant. In short a very comfortable stay and I think one of the best hotels to stay in Ambaji.
