We stayed here for four nights in June of 2025. The location of the hotel is generally good for getting to some of the more noteworthy site (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.). There's a metro station around 8 minutes walk away, which opens up most of the rest of the city pretty well. We walked from here to the Vatican, which took around 35 minutes, but would be less than half that by cab. The surrounding area is great for clothing shops, but the food we found nearby was mostly so-so, and frequently over-priced tourist fare, though I'm sure if you walk a little farther from the hotel you can find some good options. The room itself was booked for a family of four, and was comfortable. The bathroom and shower had good water pressure, and the AC worked just fine. Some of the sheets were not quite clean, but we just didn't use the one we found slightly dirty. The beds were comfortable and a good size. The room and hotel have little to no facilities, so you're really just paying for room and the location. The exterior entrance is not well marked, and we actually walked past it on the street several times. If you're thinking of booking here, I'd recommend just looking for the GAP store which is directly across the street, much easier to find. Our interactions with the hotel staff were limited. We received a number of automated messages, some of which were contradictory, or had out of date information. After booking and paying for the room (a non-refundable booking) we were told there was an extra ”city tax” not included which would need to be paid before checking in which amounted to around an extra $90 or so, and the offered price of an airport transfer service went up as soon as we requested it (from 85 euros to 95). The hotel arranged the transfer service for us, but the driver left the airport before we could get out of the passport control due to another booking. The driver service showed up at the hotel at the time the flight was supposed to arrive, even though the flight was late, and you'd expect them to know that going through passport control takes easily an hour, so this seems to be quite poor planning on behalf of either the hotel or the service. We ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was also slightly over half the price of the transfer service, so I'd recommend skipping their service, it seems like a rip-off. Taxis from the airport to the city center seem to be subsidized by the government, and were a fixed price of 55 euros (for a normal size car big enough for 4 people) at the time we visited. The train from the airport is also not a bad idea if you're comfortable using the metro, as the train station is just 3-4 metro stops from the nearest metro station to the hotel (Spagna). Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but felt like we mostly paid for the location.

地理位置很好，距離車站很近。 我們從機場搭乘巴士，飯店就在下車的地方！ 描述說房間裡有一張加大雙人床和一張沙發床，但是沙發床上沒有被子，所以我無法睡覺。沙發床非常舒服。 飯店很乾淨，但是淋浴的排水管很容易堵塞，所以我留了張紙條要求他們徹底清理，排水管就不再堵塞了。 另外，這取決於房間，但連續兩天浴室的門自己鎖上了，甚至酒店工作人員都無法打開，所以我們不得不聘請專業人員來幫我們打開。 房間寬敞乾淨，飯店整體來說非常好，但電梯運作不太好。

這家酒店是我這次歐洲之星 最滿意的酒店。 1. 非常的乾淨，整潔。白色調的decoration 風格加上乾淨的衞生 ， 真的是讓人住的很舒服。 2. 酒店位置 離梵蒂岡很近。 走過去就五分鐘左右吧。地鐵站也是 五分鐘的路。非常大方便。 3. 老闆娘人非常多nice， 每天微笑着， 還給我們推薦各種餐廳和好吃的。 總之，這次在這家酒店住的體驗非常棒！ 很喜歡，我們下次再來的

Questo B&B è una vera perla! Camera pulita, letto comodissimo e colazione casalinga deliziosa.

類似於民宿一樣的房間，但衛生很棒，裝修很好，前台小姐姐很熱情的介紹了很多羅馬的遊玩攻略，酒店還有一個老式的電梯，非常復古，離威尼斯廣場超級近，五分鐘就到了，附近還有很多公交站，去梵蒂岡也很方便

位於市中心，我們三個人大熱天拖着大箱子從火車站走過去也就走了十二三分鐘，google map導航到一個路口可能會找不到，其實從路口左轉過去有一個綠色的鐵門就是了，鐵門如果鎖着，就在那裡給前台打電話，有人開門就進去等（羅馬太熱），前台過來會領着去房間，有很古老的小電梯，很新鮮，但一次最多倆人倆箱子站進去，我們的房間在三層，整體來講房間內部還蠻超出預期的，非常乾淨，毫無異味，窗户開着有穿堂風很涼快，五月底的羅馬白天巨熱但屋裡不需要開空調，前台一共給四把鑰匙，記住哪個是開哪個門的就行 城市税衹收現金，每人每天5歐，有公用廚房，也是很乾凈的，早餐不要訂，每天早晨八點半左右會送幾個麪包掛在門上，也是很有意思🤭，但是是高糖油混合物那種，我們沒有吃，樓下可以吃點東西的地方太多了，路邊小餐廳都可以，或者自己買點小廚房弄一弄，總之早餐完全沒必要 房間裏入住當天有送水，冰箱裏有酸奶飲料都免費，後續每天有人打掃，但沒有補水，洗澡間略小，不是特別胖還是完全ok的，洗澡水夠足，單人床的床墊更舒服，大床有點軟，但不是一睡一個坑那種 缺點是非常不隔音，我們有一天睡到自然醒，基本上八點多開始外面的動靜聽得清清楚楚，樓體結構的原因吧，無解 整體來講這個性價比還是挺推薦的，位置方便，距離鬥獸場走路十分鐘，許願池附近的購物區走路不超過20分鐘，1.4公里左右，供參考～
