Trip.com did not manage the booking with the propery directly, but with third party that own the unit I booked. So when I went to the receptionist to check-in, they could not find my booking. I have to wait for more than 1 hour to check-in, after I contacted the Customer Service of trip. com. This was really a very bad experience with trip.com. Actually you should inform me about the check-in procedure to the property. And the contact number to the agent that own the unit I booked. You have to notice that information is a very important thing for your customer.. ..

Sudah sering Nginap disini kalau ke Bintaro . Akses nya lengkap kalau mau makan maupun beli buah dan beli bensin kendaraan. Overall worth it utk menginap dgn budget 200rban.
