Nnitsre訂完hstay發信息說不允許外國人,通過trip.com發了幾條消息,電話沒有回覆,還直接發郵件說我是Indonesuam的配偶,如果沒事請不要取消。沒有收到安慰,焦急了幾個小時才trip.com放心不取消。
那裏的傢伙抽菸,對我預訂毫無頭緒,拿了Rp100k押金,沒有給收據。讓我拍照。
房間不錯/正常,有一張新的硬牀。浴室很乾淨,但很舊,有污穢氣味。沒有熱水淋浴。民宿的燈光很亮。根本沒有設施。浴巾看起來很沉悶。住了一晚。夠不專業的了。搬到另一家酒店了。

匿匿名用戶Trip.com did not manage the booking with the propery directly, but with third party that own the unit I booked. So when I went to the receptionist to check-in, they could not find my booking. I have to wait for more than 1 hour to check-in, after I contacted the Customer Service of trip. com.
This was really a very bad experience with trip.com. Actually you should inform me about the check-in procedure to the property. And the contact number to the agent that own the unit I booked.
You have to notice that information is a very important thing for your customer..

Ttraveller moms新公寓,新內部,裏面新東西,設施完工(傢俱和裝修不錯),廚房水電設施齊全(爐竈,冰箱,盤子,刀,勺叉等),出入方便,靠近宜家,JPO和商場Alam Sutera,很多停車區(減去:收費停車一天最多50k盧比)。感謝Arie女士,當我們住在這裏時總是協助我們)。保持單位乾淨整潔,肯定會很快回來。

希望攜程不要住了幾次后就開始加價，這是在攜程換的第三家了，前兩家都是開始住價格比較低，住了兩三次后價格就變高

BBayu 8988Dgn harga segitu relatif murah tnpatnya bersih ,nyaman dan bagus terlebih yang dtng dengan kendaraan..krn di dlm perumahan jd agak susah untuk cari makanan..
Tapi klo soal kebersihan dan kerapihan sangat ok
