芬蘭拉普蘭區的民宿

原來定的房間是閣樓上的，沒有電梯就算了，這間房間一股説不出的奇怪難聞“居家氣味”，是人的汗味還是狗尿味，還是樓下主人家煮飯瀰漫著的廚油味，床墊破舊，床頭壁紙泛黃，床單污漬明顯還有粘着毛髮，1000出頭的房間住這種地方是芬蘭物價太高，還是住宿條件太惡劣？後來經投訴攜程，商家免費換了另一個單獨幢房間給我，這裏住宿條件是好多，可以説商家服務態度是好，但建議大家謹慎選擇訂原來這間房間，畢竟旅行中經歷這些投訴，爭論、重新搬運行李是非常煩心的事情

在山裡～ 自駕更方便哦！ 沒什麼人，很安靜～ 離開聖誕長者村開車大概半個小時多一點吧 開進酒店的樹林。有種孤獨的美！！也很神祕…… 酒店還有小鹿哦！ 可惜的是這次沒看到極光

就在大巴站邊上，到了之後不用找位置，老闆娘就親自出門迎接了，店家特別熱情！看極光基本上出了房間就可以看到（運氣好的話），還有等極光的篝火，篝火就在河邊上，沒有光污染，邊烤火邊等極光，還能跟老闆聊聊天。這邊還有滑雪雪地摩托哈士奇雪橇這些項目，不過比薩裏色兒卡的稍微貴十幾歐的樣子。早餐十歐一個人自助，典型的歐洲早餐，分量足味道還不錯。我們四個人住的apartment，也是小木屋，衛生條件很好，房間也很安靜適合擺拍。總之非常推薦在這裏住下玩兩三天，這邊的小木屋不比薩裏色兒卡的玻璃屋差！

我衹能説下次必須還住這好嗎 有車的小夥伴 不要猶豫了就這家 沒有必要花大價錢住市區 開車過去10分鐘 這家真的驚喜到我 又安靜 環境也好 沒想到幾百塊錢還能住帶桑拿的獨棟 裏面什麼都有 停車也方便 唯一有點意見就是 床上用品感覺沒有酒店裡麪那麼暖和 薄薄的一層 也不夠兩個人蓋啊 稍微簡單了

這裡環境很好，老闆也很友好熱情❤️，經常幫忙，房間很好，像家的感覺一樣。很舒服。我下次有機會一定會住這裡，裡面提供一些食物的。所以不用害怕

非常安靜舒適的小酒店。我們爲我們的極光追逐預訂了這個。酒店位置非常好,我們可以看到房間外面的微弱極光,但我們設法趕上了從我們酒店開車10分鐘的非常棒的極光。O

Bad management during check in. I book an Apartment for 2 nights for this stay but I got the room for 1 night each. Staff told me I have to change room tomorrow and check out at 12PM. So that mean first night I stay and tomorrow check out 12PM and wait for a new room. Also, the apartment is very far from reception. Luckily, I have a car. Imagine if I don't have a car, I have to carry big luggage from the apartment to reception to check out and wait for new room later and move my luggage to new room again, how was it? Moreover, when I check out at 12PM staff told me the room will ready for check in around 2 hours. Then came back to check in again for second at 3PM another staff told me the room is not ready yet and policy for the Apartment check in time is 6PM. ***!!! I said I need the room now because this is unacceptable. Then staff told me the room is ready and give me the key card. So, for this situation I waste the time for half day to pack my luggage, move a lot of luggage to my car with a lot of snow, check out, go to reception for check out, wait the new room, wait, wait, wait, and come back to check in and got very bad answer that she told the room is not ready, and go to check in again, move my luggage to new apartment with a lot of snow, and take a rest. VERY BAD!!!!!
