A paradise in the Bahamas ! Relax with family and friends in this newly rebuilt villa minutes from the most beautiful beach in the Bahamas. The Beach Villas with their quaint lanes and well-maintained walkways, contribute to the island feel and low-key atmosphere which draws people back again and again to this piece of paradise. This villa is a two minute walk to the world-famous 3.5 mile Treasure Cay Beach . A 2 minute walk in the opposite direction and you find yourself at the local hotspot Florence's Bakery where locals come for Bahamian cuisine, cinnamon buns and 'sip-sip' (vernacular for gossip). The fully renovated villa comes with 2 bedrooms one with a king bed and the second bedroom with two twin beds that can be converted to another king bed, 2 full bathrooms, 3 beds, fiber high speed internet (100 / 50), 3 SMART TV's (50"-2-40") with cable and great outdoor patio spaces with lounge chairs, tables and a BBQ. There is beautiful pool by the beach and a laundromat on the Beach Villa's site which make it perfect for longer stays. Welcome to Lucky Dogs Bird House, our fully furnished, beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo in Treasure Cay!We’re conveniently located at Atlantis Condominiums in the heart of Treasure Cay.Our condo is somewhat private, being that it is an end unit, with beautiful gardens and landscaping. Included in this rental is a 36ft boat slip - just steps away from the condo!The master has a queen bed with full en-suite. The second bedroom offers a double beds bunk bed with a twin trundle below. The second bedroom’s bathroom is conveniently located directly across the hallway.Off the living room is the balcony with beautiful views of Brigatine Bay including some amazing sunrises!All bedrooms and living room come with TVs. The living room TV is 50” and is hooked up to Super Box to watch pretty much anything you like! Our unit has been totally renovated & modern luxuries await you at this relaxing and modern 3 bedroom/2 bath ground floor condo, boasting ocean views and just steps from the most beautiful, powdery white sandy beach the Abaco's has to offer. Turquoise, crystal clear water will entice you to come in and convince you to stay way past after your fingers are wrinkled like raisins!A gas powered golf cart is provided included in the price of the rental to our guests to explore the island of Treasue Cay. Visit the gift shop in the village for Treasure Cay souvenirs or stop by for an ice cream or yummy bakes goods at Florence's Bakery. Buy your groceries and bring them back to cook delicious meals in our newly outfitted kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, air fryer, slow cooker, including a filtered water refrigerator and ice maker. All new utensils, glassware, cookware and serving ware make cooking and eating a 5 star experience. Enjoy alfresco meals as well on the charcoal barbecue grill right off the lanai.If cooking is not your idea of vacation, no problem.
