Actually Myself and my colleague booked two family cabins for three nights. That is for work and we were the only guests. As per advertised on trip.com we paid for including buffet breakfast. Following day morning when we went for the restaurant we were told they have not been provided our names and we need to pay for breakfast.. So I had to bring my booking print out and show the restaurant staff breakfast was included. Even though they let us eat there they were not convinced and were suspicious I guess. So that day my colleague went to see the manager of the accommodation and he said to me she was not convinced about breakfast was included. My colleague said it was very unpleasant and embarrassing. She told him I need to come down too. But later when I went to see her she said everything is sorted out and problem was they didn't know anything about Trip.com and trip.com send the booking through ******* and wrongly mentioned each of our booking included three adults and the extra payment is for additional adults as they understood. So the third day morning we didn't have issue at the breakfast as our names passed on. But unfortunately last day morning restaurant staff asked us to pay for breakfast because our name was not on the list. Luckily the chef remembered us and he was very politely let us eat. Even though we paid for breakfast we were at mercy of good people. Whole experience was very inconvenient and embarrassing. I think main bungle was done by Trip.com. But management did not bother to completely sort it out. This was my first time with Trip.com and Aaok Moondarra Accommodation Village. My colleague said he did not have issues previously with Trip.com but all those occasions were without breakfast. Other than that accommodation was really good. It had got good Wi-Fi, YouTube and Netflix. My advise is if you book through Trip.com for an accommodation with breakfast make sure with the accommodation that it has been correctly passed on to them.

The money I have spent for which is worth. However, I would like to pass message to management. Motel should leave extra toilet paper and tower on bathroom of someone needs it and Microwave in common area for people to heat the food.

我們一共有 5 個人，對於男孩們來說，度過一個又濕又瘋狂的周末，這裡非常適合我們住宿，並且有足夠的空間容納我們所有人。 浴室很大，感覺很現代。 我們可以選擇雙層床、雙人床，有些人則睡在沙發上，因為客廳有空調。 雙層床房間裡的小型壁扇毫無用處，但雙人床房間裡有吊扇。 冰箱有一個令人難以置信的冷凍室。 由於小垃圾桶裝得太滿，我們不確定裡面是否有垃圾。沒什麼好抱怨的，附近有很多商店和餐館，很方便。 前面有一張可以掛東西的桌子和一個可以掛濕衣服的衣架。

位置方便,但沒有足夠的空間將車停在安全區域

房間很好很安靜，還送有水和巧克力，很貼心！ 關鍵是，酒店服務很好，我把錢包落在酒店了，酒店員工在十分鐘後就能給我送到渡口，這樣讓我去沒有錯過船，真的我讓我非常感動！！！

喜歡這種貼近自然的環境，小屋外面的環境而言很驚喜。本來很擔心晚上酒吧會吵但是其實影響沒那麼大，酒店還給配了耳塞但沒用上。這個價格來説其實挺好了，就滿足一下基本需求，就是房間裏如果放了剩飯啥的在垃圾桶會引螞蟻，但因為沒影響到睡覺什麼的就也無所謂了。要自己做飯或者熱飯的話也有廚房。

我們來這裏是爲了慶祝我伴侶的生日。 它有一個偉大的景色,因爲他們有吸引力,不錯,安靜的位置。 下雨了,但還是很好的呆在房子裏放鬆一下。我們喜歡大屏幕電視,客廳區有躺椅沙發和沙發浴缸。 浴室打掃得真的很好,提供了很多毛巾。 早餐也提供,這是我們自己做飯的基本西式。 唯一讓我們困惑的是,即使在官方入住時間,前台也沒有人。我們入住了,但後來走了,所以不能要求額外的東西。我們沒有得到任何關於退房的解釋,也沒有人。我們最後從清潔工那裏詢問了。 總的來說,住在這裏很好。

我們有一個寬敞的房間,有很多設施,包括設備齊全的廚房,這是一個很好的驚喜,以如此低的成本。然而,其中一些設施似乎需要修復,風扇和空調似乎過時,感覺不安全,火警半掛着膠帶從天花板上。此外,我們房間裏的害蟲有問題,在我們3個晚上看到很多和幾隻蜘蛛。同樣令人失望的是,從早上相當早開始,公園裏正在進行如此響亮的維修工程,如果在預訂之前與我們溝通,這將是好的,但事實並非如此。總體來說,性價比不錯的房間,但需要一些工作和蟲害控制。
