這是我們在紐倫堡最喜歡的飯店！他們的團隊注重體驗每一步的細節，簡直太棒了！他們很樂意為您服務，不只是一個人，而是我遇到的每一位員工。我在房間裡收到了一個驚喜的生日蛋糕和一張手寫的便條，我真的很感激和衷心。所以謝謝你，卡爾奧古斯特，你附近的飯店。 5 星及以上。我們一定會再回來的！

酒店距離地鐵站走路5分鐘左右 ，地鐵站到慕尼黑中央車站也就20多分鐘，還是很方便 地鐵站出來就是一個商場 商場後門直通一個廉價超市LIDL 酒店內部空間很大，乾淨衞生，住起來還是很舒服

物超所值！ 漂亮的飯店房間，早餐選擇豐富，還有非常好的健康/桑拿區！ 工作人員也非常友好。 唯一的「缺點」：根據當天的議程，飯店離市中心有點遠。 （可以是優勢，也可以是劣勢！） 我會再預訂！

別的地方住的s tei gen berger服務特別好，這家服務有點奇怪，入住時候自助辦理入住，專門選擇需要每日清掃（因為系統有個選項不清掃給5euro 優惠券），即便選了要打掃房間，不知道為什麼系統給我們默認不需要打掃，訂了三天每次都略過我們房間，不打掃不補充東西，中間有一次專門打電話給cleaning unit説需要打掃，依然不打掃………無語。但酒店設施很好，房間也很贊，就是入住時候不要用自助系統，那個系統太傻了。本來我們對酒店地理位置房間設施都非常滿意超出預期👍，就因為沒打掃，需要每次單獨給前台打電話讓人送過來一些紙巾之類的必需品………這點有點掉價

酒店團隊非常友善,隨時準備迴應您的要求。 食物是完美的和美味的。 酒店挺新的,乾淨。 位置離慕尼黑中心有點遠,但出行很方便。還有,很乾淨安全的區域。 酒店離火車站遠,步行只需1-2分鐘。

酒店房間很乾凈，室內設施保養的較好。酒店地理位置很好，離紐倫堡主火車站很近，步行去市內主要景點也很方便。酒店早餐豐盛，服務員態度和藹。我是2025年12月入住的，體驗很不錯。

I felt very anxious and scared. This hotel definitely needs to state on their website that their location changes during the winter. My actual accommodation was at Nature Hotel Walde sruhe, located in the mountains. The original hotel was dark and only the intercom was working, so I was really worried when they asked me to call a taxi to come to another hotel. I was confused and didn't know what to do, but a local woman happened to be passing by and helped me out. Don't get misunderstand, the hotel I stayed at was great, the rooms, the food and the staff were great. When I arrived that hotel by taxi and I said this is so bad experience, they said me No problem. It was probably a better grade than the original hotel. But the problem is not there. The location I booked is different from the actual location, that's the big problem! The visitors who come here in winter are probably mostly people who travel by car. If I had booked this place just to relax and enjoy a holiday, I would have been very happy, but I had a schedule that needed to be on time. I chose a place within walking distance to Oberstdorf Station and the ice rink, and booked it. That was my selection criteria. No matter how nice the hotel is, if it's in the mountains I wouldn't choose it. Luckily, there was no snow for a few days after my arrival, so I made the 40 minute walk to the ice rink in the morning. However, it was dark at night and the road was steep, so I couldn't walk there. My friends were worried and sent me the hotel. On the third day, the slope in front of the hotel was frozen and I slipped and hurt my hand. I had been negotiating with Trip.com for a long time, but I couldn't get in touch with them and they told me I couldn't change the hotel. However, due to an injury to my hand, I was unable to continue and was able to cancel the remaining days of my stay after speaking with the Trip.com representative and the front desk staff over mu phone. I had planned to stay somewhere that was easy to walk to, but the time spent negotiating left me exhausted. You are too careless about people who are not used to steep snowy roads. Please think more about the importance of location. Please be sure to write any changes in hotel location!

Reception的態度平淡，不熱帎。預訂飯店時曾在特殊要求上列出须要乳膠枕及額外的行李架，結果入住時什麼都沒有準備，concierge的服務態度較好，check out時曾提前要求frontdesk 派人來協助搬運行李，結果完全沒人來幫忙，晚上在飯店餐廳用餐，服務態度平平，不熱帎也不關心，也許是生意太好，無法分身顧及，食物品質普通，與網站上所稱慕尼黑美食飯店第一名實不相符。我們在網站上預訂的至尊豪華房註明房間大小35-38平方米，實際入住發房間根本沒有預期大小。總而言之，除了地理位置，其他都名不符實，只能給予中等評價，但以後大概不會再去入住，也不會推薦朋友去，也許期望值太高，所以失望也較大吧！

如果不看酒店門口掛着的那四顆星，我覺得還湊合吧。各種意義上的馬馬虎 設施：非常非常老，坐在床上嘎吱響，可以看出來有年頭了，但是設施都能用。樓道低矮配上慘白的燈光實話説不喜歡，在Google上也見到不少人吐槽 衞生：依然是挑不出太大毛病，架子上也沒有浮土，沒有肉眼可見的不乾淨。就是很老的設施給人的感覺會不乾淨。 服務：服務倒是還可以吧，早到存行李，下午辦入住不一樣的工作人員但是都很不錯。早餐餐廳的服務員是個利落的奶奶，人非常好 環境：差點意思，臨街很吵，尤其是有摩託車和大聲開音樂的車經過時，入夜之後好一些。不過周圍有超市有吃飯的地方比較方便 早餐：比較驚喜，在國外我住過的同價位酒店裡算是還不錯的，水果杯我非常喜歡。不過我就住了兩天，用了一天的早飯，是不是一成不變我就不知道了
