美國猶他州的4 星級飯店

樓層不高，每層房間比較多，不是很好找，但是酒店前台會給一張樓層地圖，按照地圖走很容易找，酒店的環境很好，我們的窗外就是湖，早晨起來看看窗外是不錯的享受！ 酒店免費接送機服務，和酒店約定送達機場的時間就可以。距離機場10分鐘左右。酒店巴士接送機會停在3B-5B 唯一麻煩的是酒店Wi-Fi需要註冊會員，有些許複雜。

我有一個傑出的體驗,比我預期的更好。牀鋪極好,房間很乾淨。*****上的位置,周圍餐館出行方便。

衞生沒啥吐槽的，就住了一晚，看不到打掃，但屋裡不臟，就是舊了點。 環境是真的一般，酒店附近走了一圈連一個便利店都沒看到。附近都是一些倒閉待租的店鋪，想買幾瓶水都買不到。吃飯衹能去樓下Spencer來吃，但這家的蝦倒是特別好吃和新鮮。 服務基本上算是正常，沒有啥特別好的地方或特別差的地方。 設施是真的一般，沒拖鞋，屋子裡的空調是靠牆直立的，如果一開起來，聲音少説五十分貝，晚上衹能關了。説實話，希爾頓酒店要是早知道這樣，我真就訂其他品牌了，每家希爾頓都不給免費的水，一瓶都要三美元，就那種外面一塊三左右的水。

4大峽谷宿舍中滿足度最高。如果要選不足的部分的話房間有點小酒店前面的花園是這家酒店的寶石。酒店餐廳的水平也很好,但是根據一天的不同味道也會有點變幻。我吃了兩次煎蛋卷,第二天吃了兩次,第二天的味道不好。儘管如此,總體來說還是不錯的。

房間寬熱水來的快，前台服務熱情英文不好可用翻譯也很方便，前台有咖啡，餅乾好吃有四種口味，大廳有柴火燒的壁爐美式風格，一樓大廳有餐廳品種少，位置市區很方便

去布萊斯和錫安前入住的酒店，雖然是個汽車旅館的樣子，但是各方面都很好，超出預期。前台工作很仔細，會登記車輛訊息。酒店還配套有個小泳池，雖然我們沒體驗。提供早餐。周邊有一些快餐店，也有個中餐館，還有超市。房間面積很大，配有冰箱和微波爐。性價比高，推薦

The hotel was okay, it met standards but there were many small things that made our stay feel less perfect. Upon check in the room was very spacious for a double queen bed room, and bathroom spacious as well. The amenities are lacking a bit, in the bathroom it was just minimal 1 makeup remover wipe and a shower cap and hand soap. It comes with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash but our conditioner was out and stayed empty for 2 days (as I thought the cleaners might notice and refill), until I requested front desk to refill it. In terms of cleanliness some of the towels had some minor stains and the bathroom had rust and brown stains in the bathtub so it didn’t feel super clean. The worst part was that when I entered the hotel the sheets were soooooo pilly and rough, they didn’t feel soft and welcoming as a hotel should have. Those sheets should’ve been thrown out years ago, I wouldn’t even keep sheets like that at my own house they were so worn down, bumpy, and uncomfortable, I asked front desk the next morning if I could please have them changed and got a very sassy and rude response that “usually requests like this should come in before 9AM and it’s not guaranteed that they can be changed” (I requested this around 10AM before the cleaners had even appeared on my floor). I found this response extremely off putting and inhospitable, since it’s not like I caused the sheets to be rough and uncomfortable and was simply making a request to make my stay better and more comfortable, and I also requested it very kindly and didn’t rush them to do anything- just by end of day or the next day so I wouldn’t have to sleep on rough uncomfortable sheets the entire 5 days I was there. They ended up changing them but I didn’t appreciate that kind of reply. 2 days after, the cleaners left their dirty rags, some random extra pillowcases on random surfaces by my personal items on the desk and night side table, It was very careless and unprofessional and who knows where the dirty rags have been, and where those random pillowcases came from if they were clean or not, next to my personal items. They also didn’t finish cleaning the bathroom and there were missing towels and didn’t finish taking the dirty towels out. Moving on, the location was okay but one of the farther hotels from the Zion National Park entrance in the town, I did like the pool and the restaurants nearby. Lastly, for the complimentary breakfast it was basic but good and I appreciated having that every morning before we left for our adventures.

住了2晚。新裝修的。房間有多好,很驚訝。大電視。有一個朝南的房間,可以看到雪山。乾淨明亮的白色亞麻布。毛巾不是新的,但很乾淨。裏面一切都看起來是全新的。唯一看起來過時幾年的東西是門和浴缸。寬敞的房間。很棒的食品和飲料以及餐廳和酒吧。停車很陡(25/n)。總體很棒的住宿,肯定會再次預訂這裏。
