We enjoyed the ITC amenities, service and food. Special mention to Monica who brought us for the Chola walk within ITC and impressed us about Chola history significance and the effect and impact it had on the structure and foundation of the ITC Hotel, Chennai.

I had an exceptional stay at The Leela Palace. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help. The property itself is stunning, blending traditional architecture with modern luxury. My room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and offered a serene view. The food was a highlight, especially the breakfast buffet which had a wide variety of international and local selections, all delicious. The room was big enough to accommodate a couple with 2 teenage kids. Well planned architecture and better use of the place. The room includes two attached restrooms which were well placed. The food was also very good. Nice guesture from the restaurant staff. Overall a great experience. My kids loved it

Nice room. Good amenities. Good variety at breakfast buffet. However the staff at restaurant probably needs more training and more smiles.
