OPEN HOUSE – FREE COMMUNITY CLASS
Saturday, April 12, 9:30 – 10:45 am at Stonehouse
Experience Gentle Yoga, a slower, less intense form of yoga accessible to people of all ages and physical abilities.
FREE for Long Reach Residents
 (must provide street address at sign-up on eventbrite and Photo ID required at check-in to verify Long Reach address). 
$10 fee for all others on eventbrite
. Participants will need a yoga mat, blocks, a strap, and a blanket. For ages 18 and older. No pre-registration is necessary – space is limited, so participation is on a first-come, first-served basis.
CLASS FOCUS:
Improve Posture
Strengthen Bones
Increase Flexibility & Range of Motion
Build Balance
Increase Coordination
Reduce the effects of Stress
All levels of experience are welcome. 
Participants will need 
a yoga mat, blocks, strap, and blanket
. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. All classes are held at Stonehouse (6110 Foreland Garth, Columbia, MD). Taught by Kris Woodsen, 500RYT
