In this immersive workshop, you’ll uncover the transformative power of somatic work — an often overlooked, yet essential part of healing, growth, and personal transformation. Rooted in the connection between mind and body, somatic work uses intentional movement practices to help you release what’s holding you back and step into your true potential.
In the first part of the workshop, Anna will guide you through the foundations of somatic work. You’ll explore the vital role of nervous system regulation, learn how stored emotions and trauma affect your body, and discover how combining somatic and mindset practices can accelerate your journey to freedom and fulfillment.
You’ll gain practical tools to help you regulate and rewire your nervous system, release emotional baggage, and create a life that feels more balanced, joyful, and connected.
In the second part, you’ll experience these tools firsthand as Anna leads you through a transformative somatic release practice. This deeply freeing process uses breath, sound, and movement — like shaking, punching a pillow, dancing, and intuitive expressions — to help you access and release pent-up emotions such as anger, sadness, or grief.
What to bring: A journal and pen, and wear comfortable clothes for movement.

Anna Bolender is a Somatic Embodiment & Mindset Coach, dancer, and dance teacher with a passion for wellness, holistic health, and movement. Her mission is to empower others to create a life of balance, fulfillment, and joy by reconnecting with their body, intuition, and purpose through simple yet transformative practices and rituals.
Drawing on both mindfulness and somatic techniques, Anna helps people integrate daily habits and rituals that unlock their full potential and support their journey toward vibrant health and well-being. 惡魔島是舊金山灣中的一個石頭小島，靠近金門口，對着舊金山老城區，島周圍的景色很漂亮。因為小島周圍水很深，水流也很快，所以小島曾經是一個監獄。島上關押過上世紀美國最出名最危險的犯人，變得很出名，好萊塢還拍了電影，現在就成了舊金山灣里的景點。

這是金門大橋附近的一個比較大的公園，就叫金門公園，一般遊客不會特地去這景點，因為我們是自由行 可以比較放鬆地遊覽，這公園環境設計都無與倫比，值得打卡觀光。

九曲花街

這麼有錢的街剛剛充滿歷史。九曲花街一定是一個非常適合居住的地方。樹木是那麼綠，街道是那麼乾淨。它使起居區如此美好，讓您不想離開。丹弗朗西斯科的山也讓我驚嘆不已，很多電影都是在這裡拍攝的。例如「懷疑小姐之火」等等。華納兄弟真是太幸運了！
