In this panel discussion, Boston University faculty and alumni speakers will explore the structural challenges as well potential solutions for achieving real equity. A host of inequities still exist – from health and health care to economic and social – that plague female, non-binary, and transgender athletes on the field, in the media, and the boardroom as (very rare) owners. These roadblocks have real consequences that shape the sports and media industries across the globe. Come learn from (or watch via livestream) our esteemed panel: Moderator: A. 自由之路的終點站這座位於波士頓charlestown的花崗岩石碑據說是美國最早的紀念碑之一，用以紀念英軍與北美殖民地民兵之間的邦克山戰役（好吧我承認我是現查的）現在這裡是波士頓的自由之路終點站，天氣好的話可以從波士頓公園一路暴走來～要想到石碑的頂端，唯一的途徑就是爬樓一共294層台階，每隔一段還標出数字，好讓氣喘吁吁爬樓的人心裏有個數碑頂其實只有小小的空間，但透過四面小窗向外望去，立刻覺得爬樓也值啦～
