Textiles is a very ancient way of adornment. This workshop is about up-cycling, recycling and creating a lasting beautiful art piece to appreciate. All materials supplied will be upcycled, wool, rags, clothing and other textiles.  Michelle will demonstrate and guide you in learning weaving techniques to create your own unique woven wall hanging to take home.  Suitable for all skill levels.Tea and coffee provided.About Michelle JahnA passionate textile artist, Michelle has worked in fabric design for SA’s state opera and now creates independently. With a love for repurposing materials, she encourages creativity through play, experimentation, and imagination.
