Join LUSH Valley and Chef Jill Lamberts for a Community Kitchen where you'll discover the art of cooking with fresh, local, seasonal ingredients.
With Chef Jill's expert guidance, participants will explore the bountiful produce that grows in the Comox Valley in the springtime, from radishes to rhubarb, and prepare delicious, nutritious meals that celebrate the flavours of spring. At the end of the class, the group will sit down together to enjoy the multi-course meal they prepared together. 
Whether you're a seasoned cook or just starting out, this workshop will inspire and equip you with the skills to embrace the tastes of spring. Join us for an enjoyable evening of cooking, tasting, and connecting with fellow local food enthusiasts. 
Please bring a clean container with a lid to bring home leftovers.

is a Chef and Farmer passionate about growing, fermenting, cooking & enjoying local food. She has a professional background in culinary arts and a wealth of knowledge in fermenting, baking, canning, and more.
