Taking place on Thursday, January 18, the Spring 2024 Opening Reception promises to be a remarkable event. Bill Tennessen, a self-taught photographer, has captured the essence of Milwaukee through his lens. From documenting important cultural and political figures to capturing the energy of sports and community events, Tennessen's work is both diverse and captivating. "Dynamic Range" was curated by Lynne Shumow, the Haggerty Museum Curator for Academic Engagement, in collaboration with Dr. Robert Smith and Mia Phifer. This exhibition is made possible thanks to the generous support of the Marquette University Women's Council Endowment Fund.
