The time of the summer solstice was the greatest holiday in many ancient cultures across the world, the time of the longest day, the strongest light, the greatest inner awakening.

THE PROGRAM includes OM SHANTI peace mantra, kirtan with a live music, a spiritual song, sacred mantras, singing bowls meditation, and more!

Better come a bit earlier, especially if you are new to the area!
DURATION: approximately 2 hours.
✨MEETING PLACE: Mont Royal park, above the Beaver Lake, close to 2000, chemin Remembrance Montréal, QC H3H 1X2.
There is a small parking lot nearby and a big parking lot a bit further away.
PRICE: FREE (donations accepted, but not mandatory)
WHAT TO BRING: a yoga mat, a chair, make yourself comfortable!
