What are Soundbaths?
These are relaxing meditation soundbath classes. These classes start with easy to follow meditation, around breathwork, body relaxation and mindfulness. The vibrational sounds that follow are from instruments that work like 'white noise', calming brainwaves and calming busy minds. A powerful way to calm the mind, body and nervous system. Reconnecting and grounding to yourself.
Sound instruments can include crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, ocean drum and more. The result is deep relaxation. Sound has been used to benefit wellbeing for over 4000 years, across many countries and cultures. 
The benefits are:
*Calms the parasympathetic nervous system, lowering blood pressure and tension
*Calms busy minds
*Release of relaxation and happy hormones
*Reduced physical tension
*Lower stress levels
*Managed anxiety
