Sweet and Spicy Beef-Bacon Kebabs with Scallion-Ginger Relish & 
Tangy Herb ‘Slaw with Honey-Sesame Dressing
“East meets West” inspiration, with tangy sauce and cool, bright coleslaw.
Garlic-Lemon Chicken Spiedini with Sicilian Potato Salad
Italy skewers chicken- with a zesty, crunchy crust with herbs, garlic and Parmesan; the salad is the garden- new potatoes, tomatoes, beans, olives, fresh herbs and a bright vinaigrette dressing!
Mascarpone Panna Cotta with Summer Fruit Salad
- a new version of the cool, creamy dessert with first of the season fruit
$119+ gst per person (please purchase one ticket per attendees)

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern. Menu modifications can not be provided during the event.
