Come join us in The Basement for our next art exhibit ‘ Shadow Capital ’ by Nicholas Johnson. Opening Friday night, 6th June from 6pm-8pm! Some words from Nicholas - Shadow Capital aims to discuss ideas around the nature of capitalist society and how we have survived with these consumeristic environments as well as how these environments may shape and change us and our society over time. Using motifs which allude to nature to help bring these. Consumerist environments into view, due to our continued engagement we have a tendency to see them as part of the existing landscape rather than part of a separate parallel system.
